As the sun raised its rays on the cloudless sky, Ryan has been in his room, editing some vlog footage. He was the only one up as it was only 7AM, but he was stressing so much as Belle didn't come back to the flat for the whole day yesterday. He knew she's 18, he knew she's probably safe but he couldn't stop himself. He went outside, deciding to call her mum, knowing Belle won't answer any of his messages anyways.
"Hello Mrs Parker, it's Ryan Beaumont." He started nicely, "yes, yes.... Can I speak to Belle?" He said, trying to act calm. However a quick "what do you mean? She's not with me" he got in reply caused his muscles to tense.
"Is she not in the flat with you all?" Her mum asked nervously and Ryan knew he needs to make something up to calm her down. "Oh no, she probably is. I'm not at the flat today, I had to be in the studio and I thought she told me she's coming back home today. But I probably messed something up, I haven't had loads of sleep" he rumbled calming down the women. "I'll call Andy and ask, Belle's phone isn't charged, she messaged me she broke her charger so she won't reply" he continued smoothly, hearing the women believed him.
"Thank you for everything sweetie. She's so much happier since she's with you lot" the woman said at the end, causing Ryan to tense suddenly. 'Happier' he thought, knowing that the reality is completely different. "It's fine Mrs Parker, we're happy she's with us too" he replied, to then end the conversation.
At this point he didn't care it was only before 8AM. He entered the bedroom, waking up all the boys straight away. "Belle isn't at home; I called her mum" he said, however most of boys ignored him. Mikey was still too asleep to understand what he means, Jack didn't even wake up and Brooke who came back home yesterday looked at him with sad eyes, but Ryan still didn't talk to him so he refused to look at the boy.
"You did what?!" Andy, the only one who was able to use his brain properly in the morning, shouted.
"I haven't told her anything, I lied I'm not in the flat and she's there. But she's not here Andy. Where the fuck is she?" Honestly, seeing Ryan that stressed was a new experience for Andy and if not the circumstances, he would find it cute.
However, before he got a chance to reply, they both heard a quiet sound of the main doors opening. There was only one person who wasn't currently in the flat and had the keys so Ryan didn't think twice, but walked to the corridor. "Where have you been?" He asked, suddenly annoyed at the girl in front of him. She caused him so much stress, she didn't even understand.
However, what irritated him even more was the fact that Belle didn't answer his question, but headed straight to Blair's room. The boy quickly caught her arm, seeing the girl turning around. "We have nothing to talk about, leave me alone"
"Of course we do, don't you remember what you told me 2 days ago?" He asked, calming himself down, realising girl is acting arrogant as she's probably ashamed of her sudden burst.
"Yes. I also remember what you told me. You never wanted to be with me so leave me alone now, I have enough problems" she hissed, walking away. However before she opened the front door, she heard Ryan saying something that caused her muscles to tense. "Everyone makes mistakes" the boy said quietly.
"Funny that you say that, you didn't seem to educate me with that quote after what happened between me and Brooklyn" she said sarcastically as she stopped walking and facing the boy again. She wanted to go straight to Blair's room and then leave as soon as possible, but Ryan always had to break her plans.
"So that's how you're going to be? Want us to act as strangers from now on?" He said getting annoyed again; there was no physical way of talking to that girl normally.
"Yes." She said loudly, surprised she found so much strength to say it like that. Ryan's eyes suddenly lost its brightness and he looked down, turning around to leave her alone.
