evoIutionary, this means i started writing fanfiction before you! so i'm more experienced in the art of writing fanfiction than you!
(idk why i feel proud about that)

think about this. when was the first time you ever wrote a fanfiction?

i wrote my first fanfic in fourth grade. we had finished reading the house on [idk what it's called] hill. if we wanted to, for extra credit, we could write an epilogue to the book. so me being the little overachiever i was wrote it.

the second fanfic i wrote was in sixth grade. we needed to write an additional chapter to the phantom tollbooth. it could take place any time in the book, as long as it wasn't like a sequel chapter. so i wrote it, and we had to memorize it and present it to the whole class, and me being the little awkward presenter i am failed. but it was so cringey i recoil in distaste from thinking about it.

for some people, parcc was the first time they wrote fanfiction. for some it was homework.

so now, all of you, rethink what you thought earlier. when was the first time you wrote fanfiction?
