I quickly ran back inside hoping no one saw what I've done. I tried to catch my breath as I thought about what just happened. I looked down at my wand, it's a spell I didn't recognize. I don't ever learn about it, even though I've read the whole spell book including Eclipsa's chapter. That made me think has anyone ever used it before? Did I just make up my own spell? How cool would that be a spell I made up on my own!!

I was excited and overwhelmed at the same time. I should write into down in my Spell Notebook so I can remember it. Remember it....Wait how can I remember it if I don't even know how it happened. "Red light blast! Big beam thingy! Bright laser  shooter!" Nothing happened. All I could hear is the clock on the wall constantly ticking. I started to twirls, hoops, spins, and bows to see if they had anything to do with the spell. Still, nothing happened except for the clock on the wall ticking. Which as time passed seemed to be getting louder and louder. I've tried everything and why isn't it working!! The only thing that was happening in the room was that stupid clock! It just kept getting louder and louder! "Shut up!" I screamed as I spun around and pointed my wand at the clock. Seconds later a read beam shout out a blew up the clock. It sat in million of pieces on the floor. After realizing what had happened I didn't know what to think. Should I be proud of being able to repeat this new spell or should I start to worry about it? Just so I don't forget it again I wrote the steps down in my notebook so if I ever need to use it again I can.

That's when I heard the front door creak open, I'm guessing Tom is home. When I went to go greet him I saw he had a terrified look on his face and when he looked up and me it only grew more intense. "Star! What happened?! Are you okay?!"

"I'm fine Tom, sorry that I got your worried."

"Star, please don't ever do that to me again. I thought something horrible happened to you!"

"I'm fine I promise." As the words came out of my mouth I started to think. Was I really fine?
