When I woke up this morning I never expected it to turn out so fantastic. When I was at school Jackie Lynn Thomas came up to me and ask me out on a date! She didn't really tell me anything except that it tonight at 6:00 and that we're going to the park.
When I got home I went trough my clothes to try and find something to wear. I figured my red hoodie with black pants was probably ok. We're just hanging out at the park. Nothing fancy, right? Should I dress up, it is a date? I went downstairs to ask Star's opinion, but she wasn't there. I went up to her room.
When I knocked on the door there was no respond. So I just walked in, but she wasn't in there. That's when I heard a sound coming from outside her window. When I went over to see what it was I saw Star sitting on the roof. "Ahh what are you doing?"
"Watching the stars, because I won't be watching anything else tonight." She said this in a flat emotion. "Are you ok?"
"Yeah. I'm great...!" Said Star sarcastically.
"K, I just wanted to ask what I should wear tonight."
"Your hoodie will be ok you look good in it." I could help myself I blushed. She thinks I look go in it. Still does Jackie think that... I hope so. "Well thanks Star."
"Nooo Problem." I hear the door bell ring and I knew it was Jackie. I ran downstairs to answer the door. I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the door. She looked great! "Ready?" She asked.
"More ready then I'll ever be." She giggled when I said this and then we left.
