Marco: A House?

I couldn't see Damien's face but I knew the kind of horrified face he must be making right now.

"We need to get out of this area now!" Damien Screamed.

"Wait! If  the monster was already here that means they probably won't come back." I said trying to calm him down.

"Yeah but, it could also mean they could still be close by."

"We don't know what why they went but, they are going away from here." After saying this Damien seemed to calm down. He started to look around and search for anything that could either find out what way the monster when or find Star.

"How do you think they did all of this?" I asked.

"I don't know Marco. It's a monster, it probably let out a loud scream and broke them or just punched through the windows or something." Damien replied.

"Why couldn't we hear the glass breaking?"

"Probably because I can't hear anything over all your whining!"

"I don't whine!"

"Where's Star? I miss Star. I hope she's okay. I love Star." Damien said in a whinny voice. The last thing he said made me blush a little.

"Hey, I do not sound like that!"

"Really because that's all I ever hear. Now come on we need to keep walking I don't like staying in the same place for too long. Tom's house is this way and only a few miles away."

"Wait house? Isn't Tom a prince, Prince Lucitor?" I said confused.

"Yeah and?"

"Shouldn't he be living in a castle or something? I swear I saw one coming down here but it's in the whole opposite way we're going."

"He normally does live in the castle, but he also has his own place. It's for him when he just wants to be alone or away from his family. Tom and Star have been staying there. I don't know what their reason for it those is. Maybe they just wanted it to be just the two of them."

I can't believe this whole time it was just them. First of all, Star would have been a lot safer in the castle with all the guards. Second just the two of them....alone... My stomach dropped. I wonder what they do? Star wouldn't... Would she? No! I have to trust Star she can keep herself safe, she has her wand. I guess I also have to trust Tom and that he doesn't do anything stupid.
