~ROSE'S POV~

"Cheryl, Rose." Polly said standing up as she saw us. Cheryl reached toward Polly's belly but stopped.

"I'm so sorry about Jason, I know how much you loved him." Polly said as she grabbed Cheryl's and my hand. "And he always talked about how much he loved both of you."

"Rose, where are your Mom and Dad?" Betty asked.

"You have to leave. Now. Our parents, I don't think they want to help you." Cheryl said.

"What are you talking about?" Betty asked.

"Betty, for the first time in my life, I'm not sure whether our parent might hurt someone or not." I said. Jughead looks at me, his eyes narrowed, probably thinking whether our parents hurt me.

I knew they didn't. They'd never hurt their children. But Polly was a stranger to them.

"They want you out of the picture, Polly. It's not safe for you with them. It's not safe for JJ's baby." Cheryl says.

"Where am I supposed to go? I can't go back to the attic," Polly said.

"No. You don't have to, Polly. And don't worry about my mom, Betty, she'll want to help," Ronnie said.

"You guys need to leave before they get here," I said.

"Come on, let's go," Betty said. Polly, Veronica, and Betty left and I sat next to Jug. Cheryl sat down beside me and sighed.

The door opened and our parents stepped inside. "Where is she?" my mother asked, her eyes wandering around the diner to spot Polly.

"She is not here, Mommy." Cheryl said. They looked at us with anger. Jug slowly grabbed my by my waist and pulled me closer to him.

"You stupid girls, you destroyed this too." my mother said as she reached out and grabbed Cheryl's arm. Jug tightened his grip as my father walked towards us. He grabbed my arm and pulled me away from Jug.

"It's okay, Jug." I said smiling at him. Our parents left the diner, pulling us away with them. I turned around to see Jug watching us.

"Rose, get in the car." Penelope Blossom said and I did as I was told.

"Jason would be very disappointed with you." said my father as he shook his head and started driving towards Thornhill.

I walked into Pop's at midnight. "Hey Pop. Can I get the usuals?" I asked and he nodded as he started to prepare my order. I walked towards our classic booth and sat down.

"Hi, Vanilla. What are you doing?" I asked. He looked at me and smiled.

"I was working on the novel." he said as he shut down his computer. "I know you what you will say but are your parents hurting you and Cheryl?"

My eyes widened as I heard the question. They were our parents, they would never do something like that. "No. Sometimes they get too angry but they have never hurt us." I sighed. "But, I think they might hurt others. Like Polly."

He nodded. "Promise to tell me if something bad happens." he said. I nodded as Pop placed a milkshake and a hamburger on our table.

"Thanks, Pop." we both said at the same time. Pop laughed and walked away.

"Betty and Ronnie are planing a baby shower for Polly. Cheryl and I are helping too. You'll probably say no but it'd mean a lot to me if you came. I'm not sure I can handle all the drama that's gonna happen by myself." I said and he laughed.

"I'll be there." he said.

"Hey, Vanilla?"

"Huh?" he said as he grabbed a bite from his burger.

"I am sorry."

"For what?" he asked.

"You know, for everything. First of all, I didn't think about you when I agreed the help Jason, I didn't think about how it might affect you. Then I couldn't remember you. I'm sure it sucked for you. I am sorry that I hurt you and I didn't think how you might feel when I still came here and talked to you when I still couldn't remember you. I'm sorry I lied to you about JJ's disappearance. I hurt you, I did stupid things and still you are by my side." I said. "I don't deserve you Jughead Jones."

"Don't be stupid, Blossom. Come on, we're going somewhere." he told me as he stood up and grabbed my arm.

"'Night, Pop." he said as we walked out of Pop's. "Give me your keys, Blossom."

I was happy as I can be after my brother's death. I had the perfect boyfriend, the weeks I didn't remember him was like I've lost him. But then, I had him back and it was the most beautiful feeling. Jug and I were at our secret place, the place where we shared our first, where we said each other we loved each other and where I said I remembered him.

We were there, lying on the ground looking at the stars. Led Zeppelin was playing on the radio as we I placed my head on his chest. He grabbed me by my hip gently and pulled me closer. I breathed in the smell of coffee and vanilla. He ran his hand through my hair softly, relaxing me.

"I love you, Blossom." he whispered into my ear. I could feel his breath around my neck.

"I love you too, Vanilla." I said giggling as I stopped lying on his chest and sat on the grass. I leaned in and pressed my lips against him. He warped his hands around my waist as we kissed.

"You are magical, Jughead Jones." I said as we stopped kissing to breathe. He smiled and pressed his against mine, again.
