CHAPTER THIRTY TWO

Meanwhile Abhimanyu, Jai and Mihika were driving back to Jai's place when Mihika in a very worried voice said

'Are we really going to pretend we didn't hear what Parmeet said.''

Jai and Abhimanyu looked at each other knowing full well what Mihika was saying

'I didn't want to say anything in her presence because I didn't want to worry her.'' Said Jai

'And besides she is way too wrapped up with Raman that I do not think she even remembers what he said.'' Added Abhimanyu

'Mani I know but shouldn't we be worried. I mean what is someone finds out that she is AABHA KHAN'' Said a very teary worried looking Mihika

'We have done everything in our power to make sure that never happens. But I will do some background checks on him just to make sure that he is not a problem.'' Said Abhimanyu as he pondered how he was going to figure out who this Parmeet was and what he wanted.

Meanwhile, Simmi walked back into the house not being exactly sure how to take the whole conversation she had just had with her fiance. She saw Raman and Ishita laughing together probably because they were sharing a joke and all of a sudden there was this surge of jealous emotions that swept over her.

'Are you Aabha Khan?'' she asked suddenly

Ishita who had a smile on her face suddenly stood still and turned to look at Simmi holding her breath hoping she had not heard Simmi ask her that question.

'What...?'' Said Ishita

'I didn't stutter when I asked you. Are you Aabha Khan?'' asked Simmi again

'What is this obsession all of a sudden with this Aabha fellow anyway. No I am not.'' Said Ishita trying to keep her cool as she lied

'He seems to be sure that you are. He has a tattoo of your name of his hand and now I can see he is getting obsessed with you all of a sudden. Are you lying to me'' Said Simmi looking at Ishita sternly

'Wait are we seriously fighting over this'' Said Ishita

'I am not fighting, I just want to get to the bottom of this.'' Said Simmi

'This is ridiculous I am not going to stand her and have a conversation with you when you're like this so when you start to see reason call me and we will talk.'' Said Ishita as she walked way

'Funny, he told me the exact thing.'' Said Simmi standing in her way

'But I have to wonder, if you don't trust him why the hell are you marrying him?'' Said Ishita as she walked away from the living room making her way to the bedroom

Raman watched as all this went on and knew in his heart of hearts that something was off with his wife maybe she was lying about something but he just wouldn't bring himself to believe that she had a thing with this Parmeet fellow.

'I SWEAR RAMAN YOUR WIFE IS LYING.'' Said Simmi clearly agitated

'Okay you need to seriously calm down because this is not the way to go about this. Even if she is Aabha Khan which I do not believe she is, how is it her fault that you're soon to be husband is obsessed with her? And shouldn't you be worried that you're engaged to someone still hung up on another girl? I think your problem isn't with Ishita or Aabha but something else.'' Said Raman before he walked off and joined his wife leaving a crying Simmi behind.

Raman walked up the steps wondering where he had heard that name and it finally hit him, Kushan...
