CHAPTER SIXTY EIGHT

Two weeks later

'Knock ...Knock...'' Aditya banged on the door

'Abhi Uncle come one where are Ishima's medicines...'' asked Ruhi

'Oh sorry I was in the bathroom. Raman took them last night, I am sure he took care of it. She is supposed to take them very early and he came and took them, told me he will give them to her...'' Said Abhimanyu

'Oh okay come let's take breakfast...'' Said Aditya as he grabbed Abhimanyu's hand and together they rushed to the kitchen

'Hey Abhi good morning...'' Said Santosh

'Good morning Madam...'' Abhimanyu answered

'Please call me Ammi, everyone calls me that...'' answered Santosh

Abhimanyu turned to Mr. Bhalla and Romi greeting them before he grabbed a mug and started taking coffee. Mihika walked in from her room and even Romi could sense something was different

'Good morning everyone...'' she said

'Good morning...'' They all answered

'Good morning Abhi, how was your night...'' Mihika said

'Good actually, yours...'' Abhimanyu said

'Wait a minute, how come we get a good morning everyone and he gets a good morning and how was your night...'' Said Romi teasing them

Mr. Bhalla smiled and Santosh too as Mihika and Abhimanyu suddenly went quiet. Abhimanyu took his mug put it on his mouth and looked away, missing the crimson cheeks of Mihika that had gone red because she was blushing so much.

'Oh ohhh Ohh Mihika Aunty is doing that thing Ishima does when she is with papa...'' Said an excited Ruhi

'What...'' Said Romi

'What is that...'' asked a curious Santosh

'Fluffing...'' she answered

'Huhhh...'' Said an amused Romi

'Ruhi... Blushing... Blushing not fluffing...'' Said Aditya as he chuckled

'Haan that one...'' Ruhi answered which caused Abhimanyu to turn back and see if it was true but Mihika had already walked out of the room with Ishita's breakfast causing Aditya and Ruhi to run after her because they too wanted to see their mother

'Hey Abhimanyu did you book her physiotherapy session for today...'' asked Santosh

'Yes I did but she won't go. She never does. It should have begun 2 weeks ago but she is so stubborn that she still says no.'' Said Abhimanyu

'I don't know what to do. Even Raman had failed to get through to her...'' Said Mr. Bhalla

'Oh he will give him time. Some things should not be done hurriedly...'' Said Romi

Meanwhile Mihika was all smiles as she walked upstairs to go to her sister's room. Even she couldn't quite explain what the hell had just happened that caused her to get so flushed when she saw Abhimanyu. I mean seriously it was Abhi, what was the big deal.

She got to the door and Ruhi twisted the door knob and when they got in, they could see Ishita and Raman were actually still asleep. Ishita was sleeping peacefully on Raman's chest while his right hand was around her and his left was holding her one hand fingers entwined. It was the cutest thing and the fact that she looked so peaceful caused even her children to tear up a little. Aditya slowly walked out and ran back to the kitchen.
