CHAPTER SEVENTY FOUR
Ishita looked at Vidya and she felt like Vidya was actually in her head and was just reading a script off of something in her mind. It was so surreal to hear someone talk like that about her emotions and be able to say right to the tee what she was actually going through. The kids she could handle and she could hid and be strong for, Raman, not so much. Just like he was her biggest strength, he was also her weakness.
Mihika dialed Vidya's number and gave the phone to Raman and Vidya was so kind to always be on call when her patients needed her. He told her what happened
'I am not so sure what to do, I don't think I have very seen her like that...'' he said as he sat at the edge of the bed looking at her
'Raman I seriously recommend that you take her to a facility. Her Post Traumatic Disorder is getting worse and it will only get worse...'' She said
'Vidya, I am not sending my wife to a facility. It is not going to happen...'' he said
'Okay fine how about this, encourage her to see a therapist, she is going to vehemently refuse. Mostly because she feels like she had lost control of her life and to be honest it is embarrassing. For her seeing a therapist will mean she is weak and that is something she is so afraid of showing the world. Plus I think she is afraid of you seeing her like she is crazy.'' Said Vidya

Raman looked at his wife as tears filled his eyes because he was so scared about what he had witnessed the night before and Ishita could see it too and it broke her heart that he had to look at her like that, like she was so weak and broken
'Why would she think that? I don't care about that I just want her to be okay...'' Raman said
'I get it but for her it is not that easy, even her self-esteem is so low. She is not thinking very highly of herself now and seeing a therapist for her will mean even being worse than she thinks she is. Look, don't force her just try and encourage her...'' Said Vidya
'Okay but that is something that she will not allow to do now. What do I do now in a mean how do I help...'' He said
'Just be patient with her, accept and expect mixed feelings, she will agree to one thing and refuse it tomorrow. Just spend time with her, encourage her to spend time with family, take her out once in a while. Don't let her dwell so much in loneliness it won't be good...'' Said Vidya
'I feel so helpless. I feel like I should be doing more, isn't there something we can do to help her cope. I want to know what the son of a bitch did to my wife...'' said Raman
'Look as angry and frustrated as you feel right now, it is important that you under no circumstances should you force her to talk. Let her do it in her own time. Also chances are high she won't remember a thing of all this tomorrow morning because for her technically she is asleep'' Said Vidya but Raman just kept quiet and turned looking at Ishita as she slept
'Raman she is will be okay, your wife centrally it what you're seeing now, is a very strong woman and that is my doctor's opinion. The pain she had had to endure most of her life has been unbelievable and yet she always manages to come out stronger. Just love her and be patient, you will get her back. Give her the medicines I asked ad I will be there first thing tomorrow morning...'' Said Vidya
