Chapter 13: First Practice

Vanessa's P.O.V

It's been a day since the whole kiss thing. I have just put that memory to the back of my mind; I still can't get over the fact that it was me who kissed him first. I mean how could I? It is Luke for god's sake Luke Waetford the player. But it doesn’t matter because I've forgotten about it well I'm trying to but I am damn sure he has totally forgotten about it. I mean its Luke people all he has ever wanted was to get in my pants.

But if he thinks that he has had his first step done oh boy is he wrong?

Tell me again why am I thinking about it? Ugh! Anyways it's Monday the dreaded day and I am kinda wearing the thing according to my thoughts my shirt says 'Fuck you Monday' and my teachers aren't giving me the really appreciative look but who cares.

"I can't believe a guy like Luke could be on wattpad" Lucy said for the thousandth time, yup I told her everything except for the kiss part I'm not stupid I'm trynna forget about it and telling her wouldn't have been in my favor. She already gives me hints to try something with him and if she knows I actually did God knows what'll happen. Even though I was trying to forget about last night I couldn’t forget what he told me about Shawn, after I left him I cried the whole night, Lucy was too tired to notice and I'm glad she didn’t.

"Will you just stop talking about it I didn’t tell you so you could keep on blabbering about it" I said to her annoyed.

"Nope" she said popping the 'p' and I glared at her. But then I found the perfect thing to shut her up. Zach. He was walking towards us and surprisingly he was alone.

"So Zach I'm sure you used protection right?" I said to Zach but looked at Lucy smirking she kicked me in the shin and smirked back.

"You-" I was gonna say some beautiful words when Zach stopped me.

"So have you girls seen Luke?" he asked and my head snapped towards him.

"Wait you don’t know where he is?" I asked slightly worried okay maybe a lot because he didn’t come back home and he was out all day yesterday.

"No… I don’t really live with him" he said sarcastically pissing me.

"But he's your best friend how could you not know?" I asked getting even more annoyed. That boy is fucking stupid god knows what he might have done.

"Exactly I'm his best friend not his baby sister" he said and I was gonna shout more when he cut me off.

"And why do you even care so much just leave it he must be somewhere drunk or at a girls house don’t worry" he said smiling and then turned towards Lucy.

How the hell can I not worry? We are here to protect him and I can't believe Lucy doesn’t even care slightly that he might have actually been killed. Gosh! What was I gonna do? I was still thinking when I saw Summer walking towards us. What does she want now? Haven’t she had enough? She was walking towards me glaring. For a split second I was actually scared it was like an army of fake plastic Barbie dolls.

"What do you want, Summer?" I asked her when she stood in front of me. She was taller than me because of her heels but it didn’t really affect me. After hearing the name of Summer Lucy finally turned towards me and stood by my side.
