As Lilly was going up the foyer stairs, she met the chauffeur going down, "Well Miss Lilly. Your bags are all safe and sound up in your room. I heard about your heart, I didn't want ya to hurt yourself. My father has a bad heart."
Lilly felt terrible about any ill feelings she had towards the lady. She took out her phone and typed, "Would you like to stay for dinner?"
"Would I? Is Mr. Allen going to be there?" She batted her eyes.
Lilly smiled as she nodded and typed, "See you at 7."
"Heather is my name by the way." She beamed at Lilly as she shook her hand.
Lilly anxiously waited for Allen to arrive with whatever pice of meat he was banging that night.
Heather was making small talk until she squealed as he walked in with Charlotte, "Allen! Baby! Did you miss me?"
Allen's confidence drained from his face as his eyes locked onto Heathers, "Um, what are you doing here?"
Heather roughly put her arm around Lilly, "She invited me. Ya know, she's the sweetest person. Nothing like you said she was."
Lilly smiled a sarcastic smile to the fuming Allen. Heather continued, "Here Allen honey. I saved you a seat right here."
"And where am I going to sit?" Charlotte had the look of a serial killer on her beautiful face.
"Gee.. I don't know, that's not my problem." Heather shrugged her shoulders.
"Why in the hell would he sit next to you?" Charlotte was about to strike.
"Ha ha.. Tell her Allen. Tell her how well we play together." Heather had a sincere look of honesty.
"Why just because he fucked you a year ago.."
"Who said anything about a year? What about three days ago Allen? Tell her?" Heather was only now starting to realize the situation.
"What?!"Charlotte lunged towards Heather but Allen held her back. "You!" She turned around and slapped Allen across the face. Heather stood up and did the same as she followed Charlotte out.
"Past the salad dear." Vivian went on with dinner as though nothing happened.
Allen rubbed his face as his eyes burned into Lilly's chuckling face.
