Diana's POV

*Skip to end of day*

The bell rings and I head out the door. Valeria, Sophia, and I are meeting up with my cousin at the side exit. I haven't seen her all day. She's not in any of my classes

Walking out the door I spot Valeria and Sophia talking.

"Hey!" They say to me. The both have bio last period so that's why they happened to be out together already.

"Hey!" I say. Before I know it someone is hugging me from behind. I gasp.

"Don't worry it's just me." Says my cousin while laughing. I turn around and hug her.

"Sophia this is my cousin Bernice. Nicey, this is my new friend Sophia." I say.

"Hi! It's great to meet you!" Says Bernice to Sophia. We all decide to walk home today. After school Nicey's parents work so from now on she's going to come to my house. Val and I always do our homework together at my place. As we get close to my house I turn to Sophia.

"Wanna come over to my house to do homework? Val and Nicey will be there too." I say.

"Yea sure!" Says Sophia.

We get to my house and head to my bedroom. I plop onto my bed and Sophia does too.

Val and Bernice go to my desk.

"Guys. I have a little confession." Announces Berniece.

"What's up?" We all ask.

"Well...I got asked out today, by this super cute guy. I'm going on a date with him later actually." We all ooh. Of course a guy already asked her out. She's beautiful! She then turns to me.

"Diana, I hope you don't mind but I asked him to pick me up here."

"That's fine. When?" She looks down at her phone to check the time.

"30 minutes!" She's gets up from chair.

"Help me get ready!" We all help her and before we know it my doorbell rings. Valeria goes to open the door. It just crossed my mind that I never asked who Nicey's date was.

"Hey Nicey, who-"

"WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE? GET THE FUCK AWAY!" Shouts Valeria. I leave Bernice with Sophia and run to Val. My jaw drops when I see who's at the door. Bernice walks up behind me.

"Yay! You're here!" She says and glares at Val for yelling at him.

"This is your date?" I ask still unable to believe it.
