Diana's POV
"Wow ." Says Jonah when he sees me. That just makes me blush.
"You too." I say and immediately think that it sounded so stupid. Is this really going to go south this fast? Luckily Jonah doesn't seem to notice my flash of embarrassment and if he does he doesn't mention it.
"Are you ready?" He asks. I nod and grab his hand which he held out for me. We got in his car and before he started driving he handed me a blindfold.
"Really? What if you're actually driving me to my doom? You know I forgot everything about you." I say to him.
"Yea, but you've gotten to know me again and know that 1. You can trust me and 2. I would never hurt you and I would never let anyone hurt you." He says to me.
"Fine, give it to me." I say taking the blindfold from his hand and tying it around my head. The car ride isn't too bad, only slightly because Jonah keeps making the cheesiest jokes but I manage to survive. Then he stops the car and tells me that we have to walk the rest of the way.
"Jonah! Just let me take it off! I'm gonna fall!" I say stumbling around.
"I'm holding you. You're fine and we're almost there. After a few more minutes of me thinking I'm going to fall and die we eventually get to the location.
"Okay, we're here." He says while taking off my blindfold.
I can feel my heart skip a beat. We're at the beginning of a long open trail that has been lit up by fairy lights for as far as I can see. And right in front of me is a hay ride with blankets and pillows and a basket with lights and it all looks so cute.
"Jonah! Oh my! I'm- when did you have time to do all of this?" I say, shock overflowing me. This is all so sweet.
"I made time. Now let's go." Says Jonah with his cute smile.
This date is going to be amazing!

Hey guys!!!!! So sorry that I'm late in the update! I'm leaving for Chicago tommrw and I've been busy packing and getting ready so I'm sorry again. Speaking of that since I'm in Chicago for like 2 week is wanna focus on spending time with family and enjoying myself. I will still be updating though but they will be different.
