Diana's POV

"I still can't believe you did this." I say to Jonah after we unpack the basket full of food. He pulls out some food from In n' Out from the basket.
"Only gourmet for you." Says Jonah and I just laugh as I take my food. We eat and have fun. Jonah is such a great guy.

"I wish I could remember you," I say,"Are you positive we didn't date before?"
"We didn't date, but I really hoped that we would one day." He responds. I lean back into him and he wraps his arms around me.

"Why didn't we get together?"
"Well, it was...complicated between us. It just wouldn't work out." He says hesitantly, "But my mom always thought we would date at some point." He says.

"Tell me about how we were...before." I want to be able to remember him.
"Why don't we focus on now. We're finally together. Let's enjoy it."
"Alright. How's the band doing?"
"Good. We're actually about to release our first album."
"Oh my god, really! That's amazing Jonah! Congratulations!" I say.
"Yea. I mean it's all so insane. But, there's actually something I've been meaning to talk to you about."
"What is it?" I ask uneasy.

"I'm going on tour with the guys...in Asia." He says. My heart sinks.
"Wow. Uhh, congrats. How long will you be gone?" I try to hide my sadness but I'm not sure how good of a job I'm doing. Jonah sighs.
"A whole month pretty much."
"Well, when do you leave?"
"In a week." Woah.
"I know it's a lot to take in." He says. I sit up. He's right. I don't want him to be away for so long. That just sounds selfish of me to say though.
"It's amazing. I'm proud of you."
"Hey, you didn't even let me finish. I want you to come on tour with me!" He says.
"What? Really? Jonah! Yes! Wait...no, I can't." I say I would love to, I really want to but I can't,
"I can't leave my mom. Not after what just happened with my dad. She needs me." I say.
"She'll have my family. They love her. But if you want to stay I get it. Just think about it, we don't leave for a week." He says pulling me back into his arms and we lay there cuddling, looking up at the stars.
"Thank you for this." I say.

GUYS!!! I'm sorry after we got home it was super busy so I'm sorry for the lack of updates! But I have this chapter for you. Probably doesn't make it up but it's here now.
