After they enjoyed their first meal together in their home, they both realized that they hadn't talked about sleeping arrangements. Caitlin thought it would be fine if Barry were to join her in their bed together since they've slept in that bed together so many times before, but she realized that he doesn't remember any of that.

She was realizing how difficult this was and how difficult it will be down the road. She'll have to act as if they're a new couple meanwhile she has been with him for over two years. She didn't really know how to go about this situation yet and she wasn't even sure if they were considered to be dating.

Barry had agreed to get to know Caitlin better, but neither of them have talked about what that even means. Are they just friends with history, are they seeing each other, are they dating, or are they boyfriend and girlfriend? There were so many questions running through Caitlin's mind it was driving her a little insane.

"So," Barry's voice shook her out of her thoughts. She looked over at him as she handed him a dish to dry. She missed these moments, but even though he's physically here doing little things that they used to do, he's not really mentally here. She knew for her to be able to move forward with Barry she was going to have to get over her doubts and move on with him. "You never really told me how we got together." He grinned at her.

Caitlin smiled thinking about the moment. The two had been harmlessly flirting for months, but Caitlin didn't think anything of it because of how Barry was with Iris. She hated Iris. She tried to justify the hate, but in all honesty, she just hated the fact that if it came down to it Barry would choose Iris over her. Obviously, at that time she had no idea that Barry was actually in love with her. It was a very painful time for her to watch someone who she loved fight for someone who clearly wanted nothing to do with him. It hurt even more when he would fall back to Caitlin to complain about everything, but little did he know those conversations were the beginning of his story with her.

"Do you want a history lesson on us? Because we'll be here all night." Caitlin laughed, handing Barry the last dish while draining the sink of the soapy water. He dried the last dish and put it away. He leaned against the counter and crossed his arms across his chest, looking up, pondering what story he wanted to hear first.

"Okay, when did I know that I loved you?" He asked, honestly intrigued to hear that answer. Caitlin dried her hands on the tea towel and leaned against another counter, facing Barry. She smiled at the moment that Barry told her.

"You had actually battled your feelings for a while because you were also in love with Iris, so you weren't sure if you could even have feelings for two women, let alone at the same time." Caitlin started to say.

"You must have hated that." He laughed, his eyes crinkled when he smiled and she loved when he smiled that way because it showed how truly happy he was.

"Oh did I ever." She returned the laugh before continuing. "You and I were best friends. I was always there for you when you were feeling down about anything, which mostly was Iris. Especially in the beginning when she was with someone else. We both helped each other with a lot of things and always was there for one another. There was one day where you were awfully sick. Mind you it was only for like a few hours max because your white cells adapt so fast and eliminate any bacteria before they can even post a threat. Still, you were sicker than a dog. I went over to your house with some homemade remedies and stopped by the drug store for some medicine, hoping that your metabolism wouldn't burn off its effects in seconds. I stayed with you the entire time, making sure you were okay as both your doctor and your friend. You told me that at that point you realized you loved me when I sat through all of your whining and didn't care that I might get sick. I cleaned up after you while I basically babied you, but you were just shocked that I would stay with you the entire time you were sick. Then when you became okay and I was getting ready to leave, you became sad and you really knew then that you were in love with me."
