Maayos na lahat nitong mga nakaraang araw, magaan na din ang loob ng lahat, balik lahat sa dati.

Naglakad kami papunta sa Cafeteria dahil pinapatawag daw kami ni Sir Alvarez at may sasabihin daw siya. Naabutan namin siyang umiinom ng kape habang hawak hawak ang isang papel.

"Hello, boys." Pinaupo niya kami. "Mamaya ang announcement ng nanalo sa song writing," pagpapahayag niya. Agad niyang nakuha ang interes ng mga unggoy.

"Sana chix," bulong ni Lester. "Sana food lover siya," bulong naman ni Kats.

"Paguntugin ko kaya kayong dalawa?" wika ko sa kanila.

"Starting later, you'll start working with her. Hindi na nito sakop ang campus. Ginawa ko ito para sa career niyo, okay? Hangga't maaga dapat matutukan na ang writer, hindi pwedeng puro revival kayo."

Sabay-sabay kaming nagpa-salamat sa kaniya. Kanya kanya nang alis ang mga aso dahil iba iba kami ng klase. Si Kats ay kaklase ko pero mukhang nagugutom at nagpaiwan pa sa cafeteria.

I fixed my things before going out. After this, I closed the door and walk. Walking through this narrow path has always been a hell for me, no. I mean everyday. It doesn't matter if it's day or night, they'll still drink til drunk then lay across the street where you'll still smell the scent of fucking alcohol from their dirty mouths.

"Hi miss," trying to get my attention. Before anything happen, I kicked him 'there' and ignore him. Living in this place means you should learn how to protect yourself. There are times that you won't have someone to protect you in this world full of shitty people.

After a minute of waiting, may tricycle nang dumating. I immediately step inside until we reach the campus. Nagbayad ako at bumaba na.

I plug on my earphones then max volume, the best way to ignore the world. As usual, people along the way will look at you like you did something terrible, others will ignore you. C'mon, Nocturne, welcome to the reality.

There are still twenty minutes before my first class but it's better this way. I sat on my assigned chair and play on my phone for a while. Nang tingnan ko ang gilid na upuan ay napailing na lang ako. He will probably late or be cutting his cla--

"Good morning!" he said with a smile. That smile creeps me out, "Why're you too early?"

He gave me a deadly stare. "Syempre, nagbagong buhay na ako. Bawal ba pumasok nang maaga?" I just ignore him ang continue playing.

"Noc-noc, may tanong ako sayo!" he said with a playful voice. This might be a part of his corny life so I ignore him for him to know that I am not really interested on his joke.

"Anong tawag sa animal na walang gilagid?" I unplug my earphones and look at him. "What?" just for him to stop. "Lang gum,"he laughed like there's no tomorrow. I smiled. Maybe not the best joke but enough to brighten my day.

"My turn," I said, trying to ride his tripping.  I asked with a voice that sounds nice. "Anong tawag sa factory ng mga uling?"

"Alam ko na yan eh, pero sige. Pagbigyan si Noc-noc. Ano?"
