Chapter 3-Tori, Ryan and Catherine

Why is Cat there? what happened to her?

I got to the clinic without any injury (ang lampa ko kasi diba).

I asked the nurse where she is, sabi niya nagpa-pahinga daw, sumakit kasi ulo niya at hindi nakayanan.

I checked the beds and saw her lying down on the bed on the corner.

"Cat! okay ka lang? buti naman gising ka. Mahigit 2 oras ka na dito, are you sick?" she looks drained, namumutla siya.

"I'm fine" her voice is weak.

"Fine? your voice is weak and you look pale, sigurado ka okay ka lang?" she sat up. "I'm fine, really, I'll just catch up on the lessons, anyway it's just first day"

"That's the point! first day pa lang wala ka na" she stayed silent.

"You better go to class, just leave me here" tapos tumingin siya sa sahig, ano ba problema nito?

"Okay, just call me if you feel better" tapos tahimik pa rin siya.

I went outside the clinic, going back to class.

Arts passed by too fast that I wasn't listening to what the teacher is saying. I'm worried about my bestfriend.

Ryan

I saw her go out na malungkot, ano kaya meron? Hm! Magagalit na naman yun pag kinausap ko. I decided not to talk to her.

My last class is Physics so we're not in the same class.

I'm thinking about her the whole period, not paying attention to the teacher.

Dismissal already. I went out to look for her, she's near the gate, mukang malungkot pa rin.

I went to the clinic to check Cat but she's gone already, hmmm wierd.

After five minutes, my car arrived. Pumasok ako sa loob kasi biglang umulan.

"Hello Ma" bati ko sa kanya, my mother always pick me up after school, it's always like that.

"Hi Ryan, how's first day?" she said texting on her phone.

"Good, I listened to the discussions" As if I was, lol.

"Okay, buti naman" we remained silent after that.

I 'm still thinking of Tori, what she's doing right now. As we arrived, I went upstairs to my bedroom and slept.

Tori

I went home by myself. I saw my mom watching T.V.

"Hello Ma, first day is good" I answered quickly. She looked at me, straight.

"Okay, I'll be down here, if you need anything" she said.

"Okay" was all I answered, wala naman kaming homework so I'm free, let it go! let it go~, luh! kumakanta ang echosera, joke lang :)

I went to my bedroom and called Cat. Ano na kaya nangyari sa kanya? I want to know, I need to know.

Catherine

I want the pain to go away, I can't take it anymore. After eating with Tori, I had a big headache that is unbearable. I decided to go to the clinic and sleep. I went home because the nurses called my dad already.

"Dad! I want to go home, my head hurts so much" I cried in pain. When Tori visited I felt a little better, but when she left, it returned.

"Don't worry Catherine, we will" he helped me walk outside beacause I can't stand up by my own or else I'll fall beacause of pain. Damn you pain!!!

There's just one thing I never told Cat: I have heart problems and I can have extreme headaches and I don't know why.

Tori

"Cat pick up!" I called for like 5 times already and she won't pick up. 3 more calls and finally, sumagot na rin siya.

"Hello?" her voice still sounds weak.

"Cat, it's me Tori, why aren't you answering your phone?"

"I slept" pshh, di nga?

"Did I wake you up?"

"No" buti naman.

"Are you sick?"

"No" weh?

"You feel okay now?"

"Yes" this conversation has nowhere to go...

"Okay bye, see you tomorrow get well"

"Goodbye Tori" she hanged up.

Seriously? ayaw ko talaga nagsasabi ng ganon, para kasi ang formal, may mamamatay or bon voyage kumbaga.

My eyelids felt heavy and I slept. Sige tulog lang.......
