I feel so lonely here alone in the university, I didn't get to pass at Marcus and Catherine's school. I guess I really wasn't that smart.
I was eating lunch in the cafeteria when someone tapped my shoulder.
"Miss, may nakaupo ba dito?" tanong nung lalaki, teka, parang kilala ko 'to.
"Jake?" bigla kong tanong. "Tori? uyy! dito ka rin pala nag-aaral! ahh, tabi ako sayo pwede?" he asked.
"Sige! tagal rin atyo di nagkita ah, mula nung sa seven eleven" I told him.
"Actually, naaalala kita araw-araw, may sasabihin kasi ako sayo" sabi naman niya, naaalala araw-araw? does this mean?
"What do you mean?" I asked. He smiled and held my hand. What is happening?
"Tori, sana maintindihan mo ako pero... hihingi ako sayo ng tulong" he said.
"Help me, how do I make someone fall in love with me?"
"Sino naman yun? depende yan Jake" ohmygush, sino kaya yun?
"I-Ika-" what? ako??!!
"Jake, this is not right, may boyfriend ako, si Ryan, boyfriend ko siya, kahit wala siya dito, please, ayoko gumawa ng kaloko-" naputol ang sainasabi ko nung tumawa siya.
"Why are you laughing?" I asked seriously, he stopped.
"Tori, oatapusin mo muna ako, hindi ikaw ang sasabihin ko, si Ikah (pronounced as aykah) yun, she's your classmate right?"
asdfghjkl naman oh, I was embarassed at what I said.
"O-oo, siya ba nililigawan mo?" tapos sinabi niya sa akin na siya nga, kung bakit, at para saan ang tulong ko.
"So you want me to help you out with her?"
"Exactly! tell me what she likes and other stuff para sagutin niya ako" he said.
"Okay, gagawin ko yan" I said. He smiled like a kid recieving his present for christmas, and hugged me.
"Thank you Tori!" he shouted. Ingay naman nito!
"Sige na okay na! may klase pa tayo oh!" then he let go of me and stood up.
"Okay, basta alam mo na gagawin mo ha, sige bye!" then umalis lang siya habang nakangiti.
Tumayo na rin ako at pumunta sa susunod ko na klase.
