Chapter 29- Ryan and Catherine

3rd Person's P.O.V.

Months passed that they graduated, bilis ng oras noh? anyway, Marcus was their valedictorian, swerte niya.

They celebrated with their families and friends.

Marcus and Catherine were excited to go to college, except for Tori and Ryan because they won't be going to the same university, Ryan will be away for months.

They wanted to have fun and make most of their time happy so they tried to forget their problems first.

Ryan

Yes! graduate na kami! pwede na kami magpakasal ni Tori, joke lang. I still have to wait for months to be ready, it's not that I really don't love her, it's just too early.

I already said that I'll be studying abroad, she said it's okay, she's happy for me. My mom called Adrian to tell that we accept his dad's offer and I will be getting ready for the school year. The course that I will take is Medicine, of course people will still make me their models, I just don't know why.

I'll still plan on having many dates with Tori, we have so much to do..... .

Catherine

"Marcus, I have to tell you something" I started. This is it.

"What?" he asked nicely. "I-I-" damn it! I can't say it.

"You?" he asked again. "I'm sick, my condition's getting worse, I can...die anytime" I finally told him.

We were in my room, he was looking at my pictures, then he looked at me worriedly and I lied down on th bed.

He lied down next to me and hugged me. "We can get through this, I'll protect you, I promise" then he kissed my forehead. We just lay there and I closed my eyes to sleep.

I woke up with Marcus still hugging me, anong oras na ba? I looked at my phone and  it says 4:22 p.m., great, merienda na. I got up without waking him up, and went outside to get some drinks.

I made watermelon shakes for us and when I got back he was still sleeping. Cute niya tingnan. I just left our drinks kn my table and sat next to him.

Nakalipas ang ilang minuto, nagising na rin siya.

"Marcus, inom tayo ng shake, ginawan kita naandun sa table" sabi ko at tinuro yung mga inumin.

He got up and gave me the drink, and sat beside me.

"We'lk get through this Cat, hindi kita hihiwalayan, mahal kita" sabi niya bago uminom.

I just smiled st what he said, I was thankful he's not that type of guy, ang swerte ko talaga sa kanya.
