"I got to tell..." Joe paused for a minute. "Demi." He mumbled kicking the chair gently. He hurt his foot more than it helping what he was feeling. He ran his fingers through his hair as he felt his mind turning thinking about anything but the band now. All his mind was on was Demi and their baby.

"What's going on now? You were excited a minute ago, Demi will be so happy for you." Denise praised and Joe sat on the edge of his bed his legs feeling a little numb.

"I told her never to speak to me again mom, when she told me her feelings about the baby." Joe breathed.

"I'm sure she didn't think you meant it Joe... things were probably just said that you didn't mean and she'll understand that. I find it cute how much you want to be a dad and like I said before, your time will come and you'll be a great father to your little boy or girl." Denise praised.

"I-I know but honestly? I'd still like to give it a go but I know for damn sure that I won't be able to do it all by myself so I have no other option." Joe replied.

"My baby brother had sex before me." Kevin pouted slightly and Joe shook his head but he couldn't help but laugh when Denise slapped him gently over the back of the head.

"And that's how it should be. Joe should have waited until he was older too. He's still grounded for it now." Denise demanded making it clear to her eldest son.

"Oh so that's what you're grounded for?" Kevin teased and Joe rolled his eyes gently.

"Yeah for using my body the way nature intended." Joe grumbled and Denise shook her head.

"Come on boys, we need to be getting going. Nick will be waiting for us with Ken." Denise demanded.

"Can we quickly drop by Demi's house? I need to talk to her." Joe urged and Denise nodded her head kissing his forehead before they all begun to get ready. She was excited about what was coming up for her sons and she was glad she was back on good terms with Joe. They had always been a close family and she didn't want that to change just because they were doing what they thought was best for the two teenagers.

Joe was stood outside Demi's front door impatiently waiting for her but it hadn't been long since he knocked. He just really wanted to see her and make up with her. He regretted what he said, it was only what was said in the moment. After thinking about it and talking to his mom he knew he was wrong.

"I thought you never wanted to see me again?" Demi questioned as she opened the door to him. She knew it was him before she saw him, she recognized his figure through the glass.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that, I hope you can forgive me." Joe breathed and Demi sighed.

"I just want what's best for us but also the baby. They'll be better off with different parents." Demi urged.

"I know, I know. I still want to give it a go but like I said... I can't do this alone," Joe stated. "But I still want to be around in the pregnancy no matter how hard it will be for me to watch. I want to decide with you who has our son or daughter. I want it all... I'm sorry." Demi cracked a small smile looking up at him.

"We all make mistakes," She answered leaning up pecking his lips gently. "I'll always love you, no matter what."

"Same here," He replied kissing her lips again. "Nick's producer wants to sign me and Kev with him, as a band." Demi squealed pulling away from him.

"Really?!" She questioned and Joe smiled wide nodding his head.

"Yup and I have to go to a meeting now to discuss things. Nick will be waiting for us. I'll call you later, okay?"

"Yes! You have to, I'll be waiting by my phone." Demi urged and he laughed kissing her head gently.

"I'm sorry again, at the weekend we'll start looking at adoption agencies and things." Demi nodded her head gently leaning up kissing him gently and Joe smiled through the kiss as he kissed her back. They only pulled away when they heard a voice coming from behind Joe.

"Stop snogging! We need to go!" Kevin demanded and they both laughed.

"I'll talk to you later, I love you."

"I love you too." She replied. She stood in the doorway watching as he headed back down the pathway and climbed into the car. She waved them all off as Denise pulled away heading into the direction of the city. She closed her door smiling slightly as her eyes landed on the sonogram of her child. She loved her child so much but it was for that reason she was giving him or her up for adoption. So he or she could have the best chance of a good upbringing.

She just hoped they could meet down the path one day.
