Joe woke up to an overwhelming response on his social media accounts, he had no idea what they had done until he woke up and saw it all but the nervousness soon over powered it as he realized he would be getting his first treatment today. He knew it wouldn't make him feel great and he wasn't looking forward to it. He just hoped it would shrink enough after the first session for it to stop making him have fits. He didn't like to have them, he was constantly scared of going out somewhere in case he fell and had a seizure in front of everyone. But he knew his family, friends and all of his fans would help him through it. He wandered downstairs after showering and changing into something comfortable. Just a pair of sweats and a shirt which wasn't too tight. He had to be comfortable whilst his body took in this life changing medication. He wandered downstairs smelling his mom making breakfast, he felt too sick to eat but he knew he'd have to.

"Morning." He mumbled as he entered the kitchen, everyone was there, clearly waiting for him.

"How are you feeling?" Paul questioned as he sat down next to him. He felt a little weak on his feet now before he even had the treatment.

"Scared." Joe admitted, he had never been one to hide his emotions. If he was feeling it then there was nothing he could do about it. He wanted all the fear to be taken away. But nobody could do that for him.

"You're bound to be but we'll all be here for you." Denise assured him, they were scared too but they could never admit that to him.

"Demi text me to say her and Wilmer would be there too, you'll be so distracted that you won't notice what's going on." Nick praised but Joe had doubts, he had never felt so terrified for something in his life. Even when him and Demi handed Gracie over to Will and Lilly, it was never anything compared to this.

"I hope so." Joe breathed but thanked Denise as she set a plate down in front of him. He only started to pick at his food.

"Have you been on Twitter this morning?" Kevin questioned and Joe nodded his head gently.

"I don't have time to go through each one of them and thank them." Joe breathed. He just hoped he could be as strong as everyone was making him out to be. He wasn't honestly sure if he had it in him. He had never been scared for the future and what could come of it, for the first time. He truly was.

Joe sighed as they pulled up outside the hospital. He could see many people outside the gates clearly waiting for him, to see him before he went in. Security had managed to keep them out of the grounds but he could still see them and he could still hear them too as he got out of the car with everyone else. He waved to Demi and Wilmer who were waiting by the entrance.

"I gotta go see some of them, whilst I can." Joe spoke and started heading over there before anyone could say anything to him.

"Boys go follow him, make sure he's okay." Denise instructed and they did catching up to him quickly. They were all shouting Joe's name as they got closer some handing out cards for him which he took thanking them. He gave some quick hugs out. For once they weren't asking for any pictures or autographs. They were there to support him and not in the way they normally would be.

"Thank you all for being here," He announced. "My family will keep you all updated but I'll see you very soon." He didn't stay much longer heading towards the entrance of the hospital meeting Demi and Wilmer giving them both a hug. His hug with Demi was longer but he felt Wilmer pat his back gently.

"Come on, let's get you booked in." Denise stated gently nerves building for them all as they entered the hospital. Even though Joe was twenty two, he still held onto his mom's hand as they headed to the right place in the hospital.

"I'll get you booked in." Paul stated setting his suitcase on the floor before heading over to the desk. Denise squeezed his hand gently as she looked up at him staring at the ground.

"Give me a smile." She grinned and she smiled when he couldn't help but smile.

"That's not fair, moms have some kind of special power." Joe grumbled and she laughed wrapping her arms around his middle and Joe hugged him back kissing his arm gently.

"I'll always love you Joseph, no matter what." She spoke quietly but he could hear her.

"I love you too mom." He replied.
