octavia called to you. you had been dreading to learn how to ride a horse but you knew that it would be useful. and there wasn't getting out of this, you already agreed and octavia wouldn't let you back down.
"i'm trying."
you whined, throwing your head back as you let out a long sigh. your skin was baking from the sun and your ass was hurting from sitting down for so long. you felt like you were back on the ark.
"oh come on, it's not that hard."
octavia paused for you, turning her head to see you a few feet behind her, your horse slowly walking to hers.
"says you, you're literally the best."
octavia smirked at you, raising her eyebrows.
"yeah, i'm the best at everything."
you chuckled and shook your head, smiling at your girlfriend.
"can you not turn something as simple as riding into something sexual?"
"well, when you put it like that, it's hard not to. i wouldn't mind riding something else later."
octavia continued to smirk and starting trotting away. well played octavia blake, you thought.
