bellamy and you sat around the fire, light chatter of the other delinquents surrounded you two as the orange flames danced around in front of you. bellamy leaned over and nudged your shoulder, causing you to glare at him.
"come on Y/N, lighten up a little."
bellamy smirked but you only looked back to the fire. earth was so tiring and tonight was the one night where you all got an actual break from the reality around you. you just wanted to relax for once.
"just leave me alone, please."
you lowly muttered, playing around with a strand of hair that fell over your shoulder. you heard bellamy sigh from beside you and he shifted over a little, his warm hand brushing over your cold one. butterflies flew through your stomach at the small touch and you gulped.
"we have to work again tomorrow, why not have fun?"
bellamy questioned you, the image of the fire was in his midnight eyes as a small smirk came across his face. you sighed this time and looked around camp.
"at some point we all will want a moment to just relax, nothing fun, but something different from what we do every single day. i'm using tonight as an advantage."
bellamy chuckled and leaned over to you, planting his lips to yours quickly. when he pulled away he had his signature smirk and your lips were tingling from him.
