"why, what's the matter with Y/N?"
murphy asked finn, a little angry with the way he was speaking about you. he had the biggest crush on you but never wanted to admit it. he was the guy around camp everyone feared-everyone aside from you.
"nothing, just don't you think she can be a bit annoying?"
murphy turned to finn and let out a low growl at the boy, his nose scrunching up as he thought of all of the ways he could hurt finn right now.
"no, i don't think that. why? because Y/N is a nice girl. now how about you get out of here and if i hear you talking about her like that again maybe i won't let you off so easily."
finn drew in a quick breath and hurried off, going to find something to do around camp. murphy smirked to himself but it fell from his face when he heard you.
"well well, looks like the bad boy is a protector."
you came up behind him, your arms crossed against your chest with a small smirk playing along your lips.
"i-uh-"
"save it murphy. if i'm being honest, it was kinda cute."
with that you left him alone, making him wonder why he never made a move on you.
