The weekend arrived and it wasn't much of a break to be honest, I had tons and tons of homework to get done and that's not even including the script.
It was Sunday evening and I was laying in bed looking up at the ceiling thinking about Shawn.
Do I like him in that way?
I have no idea, does he like me?.
No he can't, there's just no way he would like me. I couldn't stress myself out any longer so I decided to go asleep.
I woke up and the first thing I thought of was Shawn. Damn that boy sure does have an impact on me. I walked into school and my friend Margo came up to me. "Hi" She said all happy and jolly. "Hey" I replied. "Oh my god" she said tugging on my arm. "What?" I asked. "It's Shawn!" She whispered as he walked passed and smiled at me. "He smiled at me!" She said emphasising on the me part. "Awe! Don't you just want to be friends with him, like just be in the same room as him?" Margo asked. "Um yeah I guess?" I replied. "I still don't understand how you don't have a crush on him" Margo said. "I just don't" I replied. "You need to get your sight checked" she said.
After school I made my way to the drama hall as I held the finished scripts in my hand. I walked in and everyone was already in their groups working. I walked over to mine and Shawn smiled at me as I sat down. "So I was up all night Saturday finishing this script! And I finally finished it" I said. "I would of helped on Saturday" Shawn said. "What staying up all night to finish homework?" I asked "with you, Yeah" Shawn said. "Well if I ever need help I know who to call" I said with a smile. "Can you guys stop flirting and hand the script out!" Charlie snapped. "Oh yeah! Well we might need to change bits here and there but it should be okay" I said as I handed out the scripts. We all sat in silence as we read the script. "This is amazing!" Shawn said a little while later.
"Thanks" I said with a smile. Me and Shawn looked at each other and made eye contact. It was at that moment that anything was possible. "Guys?" Someone said. Me and Shawn both looked away from each other and looked at the girl calling us. "You made a few mistakes at the end" She said. "What?" I replied as I looked at the end of the script. "You wrote the wrong character for the wrong line" she said. "Shit" I'm mumbled because she was right. "Well I'll correct it tonight and bring the correct scripts on tomorrow" I said.
