I turned around and saw Shawn. He looked tired as he had bags under his eyes and his face looked pale.
"Shawn?" I said. "Why did you leave?" He asked.
Me and Shawn looked at each other as I took a deep breath.
"I did something wrong I couldn't tell you because I was afraid, I was afraid because I lied again, and because I didn't come to you again, and because I messed up again, I just thought that maybe you wouldn't want me anymore, like you just wouldn't want me anymore" I started to cry but I tried to hold it together. "I just thought that if I left on my own it wouldn't hurt as much as if you told me to go but it does" I said crying.
"You seem fine and then all of a sudden" Shawn took a deep breath. "I love you" He said. I started to cry even more as we hugged.
"I kissed Cam but I'm sorry, please don't leave me" I begged. "Leave you? I'm not going to leave you" Shawn said. "But I am going back to Magcon" he said. "Are you going to come back with me?" He asked. I shook my head. "Magcon is for you, not for me" I said. "I've been offered a scholarship for Juliard and I'm going" I said. "You're going Juliard?! That's amazing!" Shawn said hugging me. "But it means we can't see each other for a very long time" I said. "And I'll wait" Shawn said. "Me too" I replied.
Shawn had to leave later that evening so we spent the rest of the afternoon together until we said our goodbyes at the airport.
"I'll wait for you" Shawn said as he handed me a necklace with a heart on it with Shawn written on it. "I love you" I said. "I love you more.
