I explained to the police everything that happened and that I stabbed Bella in self defence and they finally let me go to the hospital to see Malia.
I ran into the hospital and ran to her room and saw her lying there with so many tubes and needles in her. A nurse approached me.
"Hi, you must be Shawn Mendes?" She asked.
I nodded.
"Yeah I'm her fiancé too" I added.
The nurse smiled.
"Well we just took her out from the operating theatre and we stopped the bleeding, but of course she was pregnant and-."
"It's fine I already know what you're going to say" I said.
"I'm sorry" she said.
I fake smiled as I walked I walked over and sat next to her bed and watched her.
She looked so beautiful. I'm just so thankful that she's still alive and even though the hurt of our baby is there, I'm glad that she's fine. Well she will be.
I held her hand as I carried on watching her.
"I don't know if you can hear me but I'm right next to you, supporting you all the way and I won't leave your side" I said and then I placed a small peck on her hand.
I wonder how she is going to react when she finds out that our baby isn't here anymore. Will she want another one? How will she take it? How badly? Or how good? I'm worried about her, what if she gets depression or something?
