I got out the bath a little while later and Shawn called me right after I got changed.
"Hey, how are you?" He asked.
"I'm good" I lied. "You?" I asked. "I'm good but I could be better if I could meet you later today?" He asked. "I'd love that, Shall I come to yours?" I asked. "That would be amazing" Shawn said. I smiled and looked down at my phone. I touched the broken part and it cut my finger. "Shit" I mumbled. I didn't really care, it hurt like hell but Shawn could heal any wound of mine.
I quickly left the house and walked to his. It had just turned October and it's super chilly outside but autumn and winter are my favourite seasons. I arrived at Shawn's and rang the doorbell. I didn't want long until Shawn was at the door. "Hey" I said as me and Shawn hugged.
We both walked upstairs into his room.
"What happened to your hand?" He asked. "Oh nothing I just cut it" I replied. Shawn smiled at then we stood there in an awkward silence. "This is weird, why is it awkward?" I asked laughing a little. Shawn gave a nervous laugh. "Are you okay?" I asked. "Yeah I'm fine, it's just maybe this whole vine thing is stupid" He said. "Shawn" I said touching his hand. "Nothing about that is stupid! I think it's actually amazing that you have the gut to do that! Many people wouldn't, and 50,000 would also agree with me" I said. "Actually it's 100,000 now" Shawn mumbled. "100,00- And you want to end it all now? You must be crazy" I said. A smile came on Shawn's face and then he hugged me. "Thank you" He said. "Are you Alright?" He asked.
I hesitated. "Um yeah I'm alright" I replied. "You hesitated" Shawn said looking at me dead in the eye. "What's wrong?" He asked. I looked at him, I can't lie to him again.
"Everything just seems to be going from bad to worse" I said holding my tears back. "My parents can't find work, my friends all hate me and...." but I couldn't talk anymore as the tears got the best of me. Shawn came over and hugged me. "I'm sorry Shawn" I mumbled. "What are you sorry for?" He asked. "For being a shitty girlfriend" I said. "Listen to me, you have not been a shitty girlfriend! You've been an amazing girlfriend that I never want to let go of because I love you" he said. He loves me?
