I got ready and I decided to wear a light pink and a low cut back and the dress elegantly flowed to the floor.
I done my makeup and my hair and got in the car and made my way to the venue. I imagined looking to my left and seeing Shawn next to me holding my hand and saying "I'm so proud of you, you're going to do amazing tonight" and then he would kiss me on my cheek. I looked away and stopped imagining that. We arrived and I was on the red carpet and I saw Shawn and his girlfriend. Shawn looked over to me but he didn't smile he just looked back at Bella. During the night I won five awards and I sat back down and I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was Shawn. "Can we talk?" He asked. I nodded as we left the arena. "How are you?" He asked.
"Crushed" i replied. "You're probably on cloud nine as your lucky ass is getting married" I said. Shawn looked down at his ring. "I hope you're happy one day" Shawn said. "That's it? You're just going to forget everything that happened between us?" I asked. "No... but I'll never forget" Shawn said. "So this is it? We're over like actually completely over? Is Bella that much better than me?" I asked.
Shawn looked at me as a tear fell done his cheek.
"No" He said. We looked at each other
"I'm not happy" Shawn said.
"I was, I thought that Bella was the one I thought that I can't meet anyone better than her when actually I've already met the one and I broke her promise and when I saw you again I felt all the feelings again from when I first saw you in school" Shawn said. "And I tried to convince myself that Bella's the one I can't break her heart too and the best thing to do was to walk away" Shawn said. "But you proposed to her?" I asked. "She proposed to me in front of her parents! I couldn't say no! And I- I messed up okay! People mess up and I was going to talk to her about it!"
"But you didn't" I said.
"I know, but I love you! And I always have everything has just been going to fast and I want you back" he said.
