Many months past and Malia soon went and started her time at Juliard and Shawn was performing shows at Magcon.

To my dearest friend.
I've missed you, how you been?
I wish you would get back to me so I don't have to write another letter again.
I hope you know that I send my thoughts out to you when ever I can. It's a shot in the dark cause I don't exactly know where you are... I mean I got a pretty good idea but where ever it is, it must be far.
I'm thinking of you, everyday. Well I don't want this to be too long and depressing but I'm still thinking about you.

I then sealed the envelope and went to send it.
•SHAWNS POV•
I stood in a cabin on the patio looking out as the sun set.
"Why is there always a looser in love?" I asked as my grandad came out and sat down on a chair.
"The again.. why do you think we have a winner?" He asked.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"I mean, why do you think we have a winner? Hope." He said.
"Hope?" I repeated.
"Hope...Cause it's the only thing stronger that fear a little hope is effective, a lot of hope is dangerous, a spark is fine, as long as it's contained" he said wisely.
"So?" I said.
"So, contain it" he said.
•THIRD PERSON•
"Shawn?" Malia said.
"What if someday there came a tomorrow when we were apart?"She asked.
"As long as we are apart together we shall certainly be fine" Shawn said.
"Yes, yes of course... but if, if we weren't together.... if I were somewhere else?" She asked.
"Oh, But you really couldn't be as I would be quite lost without you, who would I call on those days when I'm just not strong enough? Or brave enough?" He said with tears.
"Well, Actually-"
"And who would I ask for advice when i didn't know which way to turn?" He added.
"Shawn we..."
"We.. we simply wouldn't be" Shawn said holding her hands.
"If there's a tomorrow when we're not together, there's something you must remember... you're braver than you believe and stronger than you seem and smarter than you think" Malia said.
"Oh that's easy! We are braver than a bee and uh longer than a tree and taller than a goose or uh oh I can't remember, but-"
They both started to laugh.
"Bud the most important thing is, even if we're apart, I'll always be with you, I'll always be with you" and that kept repeating and repeating.
