A Trip Inside My Head

I'm awake, dizzy and confused looking around I think I was just dreaming, I'm in a huge comfy bed and it smells like jasmine, I wonder who did I fuck when I was drunk again, it's the only logical possibility I could think of for the moment until I heard footsteps and THAT weird language again.

The door spread open from the outside, am I being held hostage in here? No kidding, my family would pay my kidnappers to keep me for the longest time, it wouldn't change anything I mean it will be for the best interest of everyone, everyone except for me.

Looking at the direction of the door waiting for some guard to show up and take me back home or just shoot me already, a beautiful lady walked in, a rare kind of beautiful actually I forgot to breathe, she was wearing some weird cosplay clothes but still looked very stunning to me, and for the first time in my life I didn't know what to say to a woman, I'm just sitting here in the corner of the bed like an idiot staring at the green-eyed gorgeous lady in front of me, and she's just standing there looking at me probably thinking what the fuck is wrong with this girl.

"Um, hey..." she finally spoke

"So you do have a voice" I smirked

"I definitely do" she smiled, and I silently melted

"I'm terribly sorry for the way you were treated, things should've took a better path if I heard of your presence from the beginning, but trust me no one here means you any harm" she said

"Are you talking about the witch who stabbed me with a needle? Or the part where I got somehow kidnapped?"

"I'm really sor-"

"Quit apologizing already, I was just kidding!"

"I still owe you an explanation, you must be lost and don't know what to think"

"Indeed, but to be honest with you I don't hate it either, I didn't come from an interesting place anyway so I don't mind a little change"

"Excuse me I forgot to properly introduce myself" she stepped closer, "I am Leia, Queen of Skotein"

I laughed, it's been a long time since I laughed like this, she was looking at me with no clue about what's going on I had to say something;

"Sounds ahem cute, I don't know how to 'properly' introduce myself but let me try" I hardly held my laugh and tried to be serious for once, "I'm um Alexia from the city of cold drinks, also known by San Francisco, and uh I'm not a Queen of anything"

"I understand, can I sit next to you?" um well, this is probably her bed and she rules this whole place yet she's still asking my permission to sit, what kind of person is that? I thought decent people don't exist anymore. Whoa.

"Yeah sure" as if I can say no, she can literally stab me and I'll say thank you.

She sat next to me and we started talking for a while, I told her how I fell in the woods leaving all the other circumstances apart, I don't wanna sound like a loner loser who has parental issues, now I'm sure this is not a hallucination neither a daydream, it's literally happening to me.

"I never thought something like this would happen, we had everything under control" I'm staring at her and I don't even know what she's talking about, "you found the portal Alexia".

"Say what now?" they don't seem to have internet access here yet she sounds like she's quoting some crazy science movie, "can you explain what you're talking about? I'm not sure I can follow"

"I owe you more than an explanation for this, I ought to be clear about it, and I want you to promise me not to talk to anyone about it"

What is she even talking about? "I'm not sure what you mean by that but I literally have no one so you won't have any problem with telling me anything"

"You-"

"It doesn't matter, just continue what you were saying, I already lost it and I'm sure nothing will surprise me" I'm still trying to figure this out and put the pieces altogether, is this karma? I'm sure I've got a list of things I should be punished for but the universe can't just put me in a weird place like this and expect me to learn any lesson!

"Listen to me carefully, this is very important-"

"Sure thing grandma" I sarcastically interrupted

"You never left your city Alexia, but you're not there anymore" yaay story time, it's been years since I last heard some of those!

"This isn't your world, when you fell last night you somehow walked through the hidden portal and made your way down here" that's it, I'm losing the small amount of sanity I had left.

"Our worlds used to live in peace about hundreds of years ago, thence there was war and we both lost thousands of people it needed to stop, it took the old leaders years to hide the portal and make it forgotten about, and it's my duty to be cautious that it stays that way for the sake of all the lost souls" I'm not stupid nor ignorant, but this is too much for me to handle in less than 24 hours.

"How do you manage to take care of all these people? Trump is insulting everyone in the other side" I had to ask her something and keep the conversation going instead of going crazy

"Who is that? And besides, it's not that hard, I consider everyone family because we're all the same Alexia, I myself -" someone was knocking on the door, great timing bastard.

It was a maid, brought some food and drinks and guess what? They actually have wine in this Skoshit! I'm still not used to being treated this well and listened to, but it made me feel... Good.
