Aphrodite ran as fast she could through the woods, making sure not to step on any mortals in their slumber. "Kronos kept them somewhere here. It's amazing how dumb he is now without Luke Castellen's mind to use, judging by how he left us so close." she said. Nothing stopped her from gossiping.

"Well, I guess that's good for us." said Clara, still resting on her huge palm along with Mira and Joseph.

"Rhea, too." Mira added.

"Now, hush. I don't know if my family is being guarded or not. Leap off my hand." said the goddess. She slowly began to shrink again, the demigods jumping and hanging on to a tree branch.

"She could've put us down first, yeah?" Joseph shouted.

Mira looked down. "She's putting on makeup! Apparently the time we take to get down is what she needs." she called back.

Clara tossed rope to Mira and Joseph. "I'll tie this to a branch kind of loose so we can yank it after we get to the ground, ok?" she explained.

Mira nodded before plunging back to Earth, closely followed by Clara and Joseph.

Just as Clara had planned, the rope gave way and fell easily with one yank. She bundled it up and put it away.

Aphrodite looked up at the half-bloods, annoyed. "You were supposed to take longer for me," she pouted, "Let's just get a move on." She put away the makeup bag and began to walk into the woods.

"Ha, the whole adventure started with a forest. Perhaps it'll end with a second one." said Joseph,

Only small grins came from this analogy.

"Feeling the love...." he muttered.

Despite the fact the forest was in a mortal zone, the half-bloods couldn't help it when they were afraid of just silently walking forward with only a beauty queen for protection.

Aphrodite still seemed to shine with perfection as she turned toward her fellow travelers. "We are here. Be careful." she whispered.

Clara pulled out her bronze sword, ira pulled out her spear, and Joseph took out his twin daggers. "It's been a while since I've used these." Joseph said, looking at his reflection at the metal. "Hey there." he flirted.

Mira and Clara rolled their eyes as they walked past him. The trees opened up into a clearing with nine large stones in a circle. Chained to each was a bloody, beat, and devastated god.

Zeus looked up. "Are you three...half-bloods?" he asked.

Mira nodded while looking for her dad.

Poseidon nodded at her and said, "That's my girl! Making it through the time curse."

"And mine." said Athena nearby.

"And my boy. Joseph STOP STARING AT YOUR REFLECTION!" Hephaestus roared.

Joseph looked up, eyes wide. "S-sorry, Dad." he mumbled. Still holding them, he began to cut the chains on the nearest Olympian, Demeter. Clara and Mira joined him on either side.

Aphrodite stepped out with Hermes next to her. "I was hiding in the Underworld, Father." Hermes explained to Zeus.

Hera also appeared next to her step-son. "I was captured," she admitted.

The king just nodded and waited to be freed.

Once all the chains were cut, a bright glow formed from all twelve figures. "We are united. It is time to fight." they spoke in unison.
