With their power combined, the gods stood up from their stones and began to rise up to the night sky.
"Follow us, children. It's time to put an end to the Titan King," they said.
Joseph concentrated, then shot up in the air with his fire and landed on Hephaestus. Clara sat on her mother Athena while Mira rested on Poseidon.
"You guys don't mind us here, right?" Joseph asked.
"No. Now hang on." said Poseidon.
The Olympians hit the ground hard, breaking into a run. They dodged trees, leapt across lakes with one step, and carefully avoided mortals the whole way.
Joseph was about to lean back a bit, but the amulet glowed again.
"Half-bloods! Hurry!" said Rhea, her picture appearing again.
Everyone turned to stare at the Titan.
"Mom?" said Zeus.
Rhea nodded, eyes full of love, then she continued, "Kronos is putting up a barrier! You must arrive in two minutes!" she cried. The image began to flicker as she spoke. "I can't help fight, but maybe I can hide you. Tell me your path when you enter the Labyrinth." Rhea finished.
Artemis nodded, representing everyone. "Of course." she said.
The message disappeared, but this time it didn't look like Rhea asked it to.
"She's in trouble!" Mira yelled.
"We must move quickly. No time to waste!" said Ares.
They took of again, going faster than before so everything was a blur. Soon, a familiar waterfall appeared in the distance.
"Stop here." said Aphrodite.
Athena, Poseidon, and Hephaestus crouched down to let their kids off.
Clara jumped off, then went over to a rock and lifted it. "This is how we got out." she told them.
The Olympians shrank down to a human form and followed Mira, Clara, and Joseph down the hole.
"Darker than I remembered." Joseph mumbled.
"Is that...hissing?" Mira called up.
"Yesssssssss." said a Dracaenae.
Hundreds of them lit their torches, showing no way to touch the floor without being impaled.
"Together now!" Zeus boomed. He and his family jumped from the rope, using their power to make a safe landing spot.
The army began to surround them, and a few climbed up towards the kids.
"Help!" Joseph yelled.
Mira threw her spear down to squish them all with the weight of the one she hit falling.
"Thanks."
"No problem."
Joseph hit the ground, now safe, and pulled out his daggers.
Aphrodite ran and scooped them up. "We'll do the fighting." she whispered. The dazzling goddess ran to the exit of the room that led into the palace. "Find a safe place and talk to Rhea."
Clara nodded, then she turned toward Joseph and Mira. "Remember the corridor with a lot of doors? Let's pick one." she suggested.
"Alright." Mira replied.
They went opened the door and went through to another right across from them. Inside, there were paintings of battle scenes and death from Greek Mythology.
"Sheesh, this guy needs new pictures." Joseph muttered.
"The amulet!" Mira scolded.
He pulled it out and summoned an Iris message. Rhea wasn't there. Kronos showed his face on the image.
"Ah!" Joseph yelled, dropping it.
The Titan looked at the paintings on the wall. "I now know which room you're in, foolish children."
