Chapter 9- Darkness Within

All I can see is black and it feels really cold. I look down and don't even see my body.

I'm dead aren't I

no response 

then I start to feel warm and then a shock goes through my body. My eyes open and see Jackal over me and Linda next him.

"he's awake, Jackal help everyone else, I'll take it from here" Linda says 

She gives me some thing that looks like jerky but tastes like grass and I feel a burst of energy 

" now get up and help us fight yourself, you are even giving Chris a challenge" she offers her hand

" that thing is not me" I grunt as I get up 

I turn to look at it and can see why everyone is having a hard time, Jenn is throwing spears of water at it and he is just deflecting it with dark fire and Chris is having a tough time dodging dark tendrils of fire coming off Dark Drew and Tim is trying to smash him with a pillar of rock and the tendrils just smashing through it, everyone is hitting him with every thing they've got 

" I know what to do"I pause " fire of the abyss" 

the same dark fire around him surrounds me within seconds. The darkness in this fire tries to take my mind but I push it away, and he starts walking towards me and everyone stops and backs away from us and all hell breaks loose. Are fires merge together and he is the first to move he tries to use a jump kick against me and I catch him and throw him against the wall but he jumps of the wall and screams a scream that would send chills down your spine as his whole body bursts in darkness and speeds toward me but I know all my openings and attacks and I jump slam my feet on his back as he flies at me and he goes through the floor leaving him in a crater around his body.

darkness from down stairs creep up and picks him up and drags him back down to it. Then a voice comes from below.

" you may have won now, but mark my words you filthy worms the darkness in your hearts will consume you and this will bring a new age of darkness that will destroy your little schools!"

Chris drops to his knees "that voice, it can't be"

Then the darkness forms a shape of a girl and everyone but me stairs at her with fear, the girl looks at me and smiles.

"You'll make a fine play thing for me to toy with"

And she grabs me and pulls me in to the darkness with her. 

Jenn reaches for me and screams "Andrew, NOOOOOOOO"

and like that I was lost to darkness in the depths of the abyss to be forgotten.
