"The Sisters of Quiet Mercy." Betty muttered to Mary and Jughead as they sat in the Blue and Gold room.
"What is that? Like a church? Or a charity?" Mary asked sitting on the desk next to Jughead's laptop that Jughead was typing on.
"No. It's a "Home for troubled youths." Jughead replied. Mary jumped of the desk and read out their information.
"Where disenfranchised teens will learn such virtues as discipline and respect, enjoying lives of quiet reflection and servitude." She said her voice getting more wobbly and wobbly each time.
"Poor Polly." Betty muttered to herself. Mary shuddered to herself at the thought of her poor sister being trapped."I have got to go." Mary quickly said and grabbed her school back and left.
"Oi blonde" She heard from a distance and turned around to see Reggie waiting at her locker. Mary rolled her eyes and walked over to him smiling.
"Hey." She whispered. Reggie started to twirl with a strand of her hair.
"I like the blonde." He said, Mary blushed to herself. "So." Reggie said excitably. "I met your mom this morning." Mary's eyes bludged at that sentence. "Alice Cooper invited me to the Variety show with her."
"You said no, right?" Mary asked as she opened her locker looking at him.
"No, I said yeah. Your mom will also be with Oscar Castillo and you need me to say good things." Reggie replied smirking. Mary slammed her locker shut and continuously smacked her head off of the locker before Reggie dragged her away.
"Reggie you may be hot but you are also really annoying." Mary said as they walked down the corridor. Reggie smiled to himself. "I mean please do not go." Mary pleaded but Reggie shook his head.
"I am coming and I am going to support you." Reggie replied, "and that's final." He ended trying to act all tough. They finally got to Mary's class.
"See you later." Mary said smiling as she walked into her class leaving Reggie standing there, thinking, "what do we actually have?"
Mary, Betty, Jughead, Archie and Valerie were sitting at lunch together.
"It's been months." Betty said to Jughead and Mary sitting in between both of them.
"There's gotta be a reason mom and dad don't want us to see Polly." Mary explained.
"But I don't care anymore." Betty replied. Mary was tugging on the sleeves of her jumper.
"What are you guys talking about? Anything I can help with?" Archie asked and Mary just shook her head.
"What we're attempting is a stealth operation, Archie." Mary started before Jughead finished.
"If we go in there with the entire Scooby Gang, forget it, we're compromised." Archie's eyes couldn't stop looking at Mary. He was still in love with her.
"Well, don't you have to practice for the Variety Show anyways?" Betty asked. Archie looked down at his food in disgrace.
"Uh, no, I don't." Archie stuttered awkwardly. Mary looked at him sympathetically.
"Except that yes, you do." Veronica said excited as she walked over to the table, Kevin close on her heels. Archie looked at her with a furrowed brow. "Thanks to a certain Veronica-ex-machina."
"Excuse me." Mary asked.
"What do you mean?" Archie asked.
"Oh, nothing." Veronica started. "Just that I had a few words with our director slash host, and reminded him that he's heard you sing on numerous occasions." Archie smiled over at her.
