As Ladybug got dragged through the town she had to think of some sort of battle plan. She needed to get Chat Noir back. Though his puns were unbearable, he was her partner, he was important to him.
They finally made it to Agreste Mansion, were Adrien lived. Ladybug hoped she didn't ruin his house.
"CHAT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS IS RIDICULOUS!" Ladybug yelled as they crashed through Adrien's room window.
Volpina laughed and looked at Ladybug. "I don't feel like I torture you enough. So you can just stand there being helpless while your Black Cat becomes mine."
Volpina looks at Ladybug and an illusion of a cage surrounds Ladybug. Ladybug is still phased but while the cage is there, Volpina walks up to Ladybug and reaches through the bars and grabs her neck. Marionette struggles and Volpina uses her other hand and grabs Ladybug's earrings. She rips them out causing Marionettes ears to bleed.
"Tikki!" Marionette yells, turning around so Volpina or Hawk Moth can't see her face.
Volpina smiles. "I don't need you to turn around to know what to do. Now that I have your Miraculous, time to get Cat Noir."
Marionette bites her lip and face palms. She felt hopeless, even if this cage is an illusion, she can't do anything without Tikki.
Volpina walks toward Cat Noir and grabs his wrist. She pulls him in closer and they start to kiss. Marionette covers her face with her hands leaving eye holes and she turns around at the wrong time.
"CHAT!" She didn't know why she was so angry. She didn't have feelings for Chat, well at least she didn't think so. Marionette liked Adrien, not Chat Noir. She realizes Volpina was so busy swapping spit with Chat Noir to notice she left Ladybug's earrings in the open. Marionette got up and ran to them and put them on. She ducked behind one of Adrien's cabinets.
"Tiki! Spots on!" She transformed into Ladybug and stepped out of her hiding. "Oh Volpina! While you were busy swapping spit with Chat Noir look what I got?"
Volpina spun around and scowled. "Stupid Cat you didn't say anything!" She turned and slapped Chat Noir.
Ladybug could hear the slap and she saw how red Chat Noir's face was, that's what pushed her over the edge. "LUCKY CHARM!" She yells and a dagger falls in her hands. She knew it wasn't for stabbing Volpina but she still wanted to do it.
Ladybug's eyes darted around the room till she saw it. The ceiling fan. If she threw the dagger at the fan it had a high change and swinging toward Volpina, Ladybug had guessed the acuma was in her watch she when she guarded her face with her arms the watch would snap from the dagger and realise the acuma.
Ladybug took the chance. She chucked the ladybug print dagger at the ceiling fan and it spiraled toward Volpina. Volpina did what any normal person in a panic would do. She crossed her arms in front of her face but something Ladybug did not expect happened.
Chat Noir jumped. Straight in front of Volpina. Putting himself between Volpina and the dagger, until the dagger was between his ribs.
