Doctor Who: Apple Trees

Mr. Idiot

As JJ was running across Skaro, the Dalek still on her tail & firing rapidly at her, JJ keeps dodging all of the Dalek's attempts on her life. At the sight of a nice big boulder, JJ picks up her pace. When she makes it to the boulder, she catches her breath. After she has regained her breath, JJ looked over the boulder to see the current position; she accesses that the Dalek is about 3 minutes away. However, just as JJ is about to duck back behind the boulder, she hears someone crying her name. JJ's head turns to the direction the voice was coming from. It was Jake.

Jake was frantically running, trying to keep up with JJ. He held her jacket, in his arms, out in front of him. "JJ! Wait!," he cried.

JJ looked at him in amaze for a second. She couldn't believe that he followed her. "Jake? Stop!," cried back.

Jake had heard JJ say something, but he couldn't make out what it was. "What?," he asked.

JJ looks back at the Dalek. She notices that the Dalek is slowly turning towards Jake. JJ looks back at Jake. "Oh for goodness sake!," JJ said, as she bolted towards Jake. 

JJ & Jake continue their trek towards each other. They finally meet each other half way between their original spots. When JJ gets to Jake, she immediately pulls her mother's guns out of her jacket.

The Dalek had finally turned, the full way, to face the both of them. The Dalek points it's death ray at the pair.

JJ can tell that the Dalek is about to fire. Just as the Dalek fires, JJ fires her guns as well. Her aftermath involved her grabbing Jake by the hand & dragging him towards the boulder, of which she used to be situated. JJ ran faster than she ever had before. 

The second they get behind the boulder, the death ray & the blaster from JJ's gun collide, causing a massive explosion. Luckily, Jake & JJ were just enough out of range to the point that the explosion hardly effected them at all.

Jake & JJ stood up to see what the damage was. The pair notice a giant crater-size hole where the Dalek used to be. Now, this hole was just a giant, smoking pit.

JJ turned to face to face Jake. For a moment, she looked sweet & gingerly at him, but then, she slapped him upside the head & said, "You idiot!"

JJ started to walk away from Jake.

After Jake stood there for a minute, confused, he chased after this mystery Woman.
