The Doctor stares at the screen that had just shown him the scene with his daughter & her friend. The screen turns back to a furious Davros.
"You gave her a sonic screwdriver?!" Davros questioned, aggressively. "Of course I did-" the Doctor began, "She's my daughter. I want her to be able to defend herself when I can't be there. Besides, I'm trying to teach her that "defending yourself" doesn't always mean to kill it with her gun." "How did you make her that screwdriver," Davros questioned once more. "Simple. I combined all of my favourite bits of my old sonics. Although, even that shouldn't have been able to kill your Dalek so quickly. Maybe...your children weren't so perfectly created," the Doctor replied, "You will never win, Davros!" the Doctor continued. This is when Davros said something that made the Doctor's stomach turn.
"Really? Because last I checked, you were incapable of committing genocide. As long as there is, just one Dalek alive, we will keep coming back," stated Davros.
The Doctor looked away from the screen, for a moment, & just stared at the console. Then, the Doctor flipped a switch that made the screen turn off, & with that, the Doctor turned to face the empty TARDIS to think about the horrid word. Genocide.
