His POV:
"Please make sure this letter gets to her, safe and soundly." I said, handing the little fairy an envelope.
"Of course, Mr. England." She bowed her head.
"Thank you, Miss Fairy."
And with a flutter of her wings, she disappeared into the sky. And me, making my way to my destination.
Your POV:
Arthur... you're definitely an interesting person. But it's not like you to act so differently. Whatever you got going on in your life, I hope it gets sorted out soon. You stress too much about a lot of things...
You thought more and more about him until you hear a small tap on your window. You got up and opened it. You stuck your head out, seeing that no one was around. Suddenly, a fairy appeared in front of your face.
"Ah!" You yelled out in surprise.
"Don't worry, poppet. It's just me."
"Oh, thank goodness. For a second there I thought you were one of those evil fairies that tried to kill me a few months ago." You sighed in relief.
She waved her hands frantically. "Not at all. But if that does happen again, don't hesitate to summon me for help. Listen, deary. I have this letter for you. Please read it." She handed it to you.
"Thank you, who's it from?" You asked, opening it up.
"You'll have to read it to find out~. Well, that's all, my dear. Enjoy your day!" She said, waving to you before flying off.
"You too!"
Dear (Y/n),
I would be more than delighted if you could come to the London Eye with me at 8:00 pm. I need to talk to you. It's very important. Thank you.
From, Arthur.
Arthur? Heh, finally decided to appear once again, I see. Well, can't keep him waiting.

You were now standing right in front in the London Eye. Rotating slowly in circles, the lights sparkling brightly.
"Um, excuse me?" You asked one of the employees there. "Is someone by the name of Arthur Kirkland here by any chance? He told me that he'd be here."
"Oh, you're (Y/n)?" They asked.
"Yes."
They opened the passenger car and you stepped inside.
Geez, it's so dark in here.
Even though it was a bit dark, you were able to see a person, their back to you, staring at the glass.
"Arthur?" You asked softly.
"Hello, love." He said, turning around to face you. "I was afraid that you wouldn't come."
You chuckled. "Why would I not come? I would never ditch you." You stated, walking up to him.
Light pink dusted across his face. You gently stroked your hand on his cheek and asked, "Are you okay?"
He gently took hold of your hand. "Y-yeah... let's look outside for a bit..." He suggested, letting go. Seeing a perfect view of the city below sparked a warm feeling inside of you. You put your hand on the glass, admiring the streets and most importantly, Big Ben.
"It's so beautiful..." You whispered.
"Yeah, just like you. As cheesy as that might sound." He sighed. "Love, the reason I asked you up here was that... well... I..."
You waited. Concern slowly creeping in, "Spit it out, Arthur."
"I... I... love you!" He stuttered out.
Your eyes widen slightly. "Huh?"
He pulled you into a hug. "You were the only one who didn't think of me as the 'weird type' and even became my friend. I know that I can be a pain and be very difficult to work with but, you make the effort to continue on with me. You're an incredible and beautiful human being and... I would like you to be mine. So, will you be my girlfriend?" He asked, pulling away from you. Pulling out a bouquet of red roses.
You stared into his bright emerald eyes and said, "Arthur, I love you too... and you're not a pain. In fact, for me, you're the complete opposite. Not like every other guy. You're special. And yes, I will be your girlfriend." You said, bringing him back into a hug. Taking the bouquet in hands afterward.
Arthur couldn't believe what was happening. One could even say that he cried a little. The rest of the time you two had left, spent it enjoying the rest of ride.
