You peek outside the window and see Feliciano standing at the door, waiting.

You went downstairs and opened the door and you were greeted by Feliciano with a big hug. Which shook up your insides. "Hi, Feli..."

"Hi, bell- huh? You don't look too well. What's the matter? Are you sick?"

"I guess you could say that... I'm not feeling the greatest right now. A lot of things are piling on top of me at the moment and I don't think I can handle it anymore."

"Is there anything I can do to help?" He asked with a smile.

"I don't think so. I just have to let Mother Nature take her course. Come on in. It's a mess right now, so, sorry."

"No worries- what happened here?! Why is there blood everywhere?!"

"Oh, this? Business with work, as usual. And-" You stopped and fell to the floor from a sudden sharp pain in your stomach. Feliciano rushed to your side.

"I'm fine, just a cramp. I'm on my period so, it's bound to happen."

Twenty minutes later...

"Ah! My poor bella! Don't worry! I'll take care of you! Please go upstairs and rest, I'll clean up everything here, don't you worry about a thing!" You said, giving you a kiss and sending you to your bed.
