Enjoy. <3
His POV:
This is going to be so epic! I can hardly wait, but how can I go through with this? Will she even accept? No, I can't think about that. It's too late for that now. Who can I go to about this kind of stuff? Oh, I know! I'll just ask caterpillar eyebrows! He'll know more about this than I do! Considering his past... well, no time to waste!

I banged constantly on the door, waiting for a response from England. I could hear loud footsteps approaching as the door swung open. I see an angry England facing me.
"What do you want, you wanker?!" I grinned at him.
"I have something to ask you. Do you have time?" I asked with an unsure tone, trying to sound as serious as possible. His facial expression softened and he sighed.
"Come on in." He signaled me to follow him. He prepared us tea and made me sit down across from him. He sighed once again.
"What do you want to know about?" He asked curiously. I quickly responded with,
"Marriage. I know you have experience with that. What can you tell me about it? Is it really as great as everyone makes it out to be?" He put his cup down.
"It's a marvelous thing, but again, it's not always for everyone." His eyes were glued to the floor and his voice trailed off. I can tell this was hard to talk about.
"England, I need to know about your previous marriage." He slouched down in his seat. His eyes now facing the ceiling.
"Do you remember Queen Elizabeth the First?" He asked. I thought about it for a second.
"Yeah, the Queen who everyone said was crazy because she said that she was married to her country, right?" He nodded, a smile crossed his face.
"What she said was true, I was married to her. They said that she was really a whore. I got really defensive of her. But she said not to give them the time of day, so, I didn't. I stayed by her side until she died. She was truly a fine woman and I knew that going in like that with a human was going to cost greatly later on, but we didn't care. I thought that I could never love again. Until the present day where I found her and I'm happy as can be."
"I should follow in your footsteps for once," I stated. He folded his arms and grinned.
"Go through with it. You love her and she loves you. Ask her before it's too late and I shall do the same."
"Thank you so much! I always thought you sucked at these kinds of things." He gives me an annoyed look.
"You should never doubt your elders." He said through clenched teeth. "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I smirked, knowing I can take advantage of him.
"As of matter of fact, there is one thing and it requires some of your so-called 'magic'."

Your POV:
I wonder why Alfred asked me to meet him at this spot. He was extremely detailed about it too.
Alfred had asked you out on a special date in Central Park. It was dark due to almost being eleven at night. You wandered around the park, not a single soul to be seen or heard. You look down at the directions and started to think you were going the wrong way. Little did you know, you were exactly where you needed to be. You continued to walk then, you heard a faint voice in the distance call out to you. You looked deep within the darkness and you see someone swinging down and swooped you up into the air. You panicked.
