Your POV:

"Is this how you do it, Lovino?" You asked him, getting ready to throw the pizza dough in the air.

He got behind you and adjusted your arms in the proper position. "Yeah, don't throw it too high because it might fall on the ground. And I'm saying this because this is your first time. After more practice, you can throw it as high as you want. But for now, keep it slow and steady."

You smiled. "Okay! " You did as told. The times you threw the dough in the air, they all landed perfectly.

A tiny smile crept onto his face. "Nice job, ragazza."

"Thanks!" You set the last piece down on the counter. "I'm guessing since we're done with the dough here, it's time to put on the ingredients, right?"

"Yes." He replied.

>>>>>>

"Ah, man. That was delicious." You said, stretching your arms out in the air.

"It sure was. Especially when we make it together." Lovino put his arm around you.

You snuggled up next to him. "Oh, you."

He chuckled nervously. "So, what do you say after this, we go out to the harbor? I got a little surprise waiting there for you."

Your eyes lit up at his words. "Of course!"

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Lovino had covered your eyes with his hands and guided you slowly. You had no idea what he was going to show you. Until he put his hands down. You stared in awe at what was in front of you—a sailboat.

"Let me guess; we're going to take a ride in this?" You asked him.

"Yes, shall we go then?" He asked, extending his hand out to you. You took hold.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

"Woah, you can see Mount Vesuvius from here!" You exclaimed, pointing in its direction.

"Pretty nice, right?" He asked, watching your excitement unfold in front of him.

"Yes, the day is perfect." Lovino handed you a fishing rod.

"A perfect day for fishing, wouldn't you say?" You grabbed the rod and nodded.

One hour later...

"You've got to be kidding me!" You yelled, looking over at your bucket that had no fish inside. "I'm having bad luck at this." You sulked over the edge.

"It's not bad luck. Fishing takes time. You have to have patience, is all." He stated, standing up straight.

You scoffed. "That's ironic, hearing that from someone who is far from patient." You snickered, trying to hold in your laughter.

He playfully rolled his eyes. "Haha, very funny." He said. You couldn't hold it in anymore and burst out laughing. But your laughter was cut off by the sound of big waves starting to form in the water. You sighed. "We should get going now."

"Yeah, before the waves get any worse," Lovino commented, heading towards the sail until another wave crashed, ultimately moving the boat. Making Lovino fall on top of you. His lips landed on yours. Realizing what was happening, Lovino pulled away, his face all red.

"I'm... I'm sorry! I didn't mean to do that... I just-" You cut him off by placing a kiss on his cheek.

"It's totally fine, Lovi! It wasn't bad at all~" You cooed, tracing the side of his face with the tip of your finger.

"I... I... um..." His words tangled with one another, and he couldn't form a sentence.

"Come on, let's sail this bad boy back to shore." You stood up.

Even though Lovino didn't say it himself, he enjoyed the kiss more than you did.
