Andrew and I exited his room and started climbing down the stairs quietly. We were careful not to make any noise because even though the rogues were outside, werewolves have a very powerful  sense of hearing.

And let's face it. I am not interested in dying so soon.

We planned to sneak out of the door leading us to the backyard and planned to slip out into the woods from there.

I found the door of the room that Charlie and Sky were in open. They were probably outside too. My eyes pooled with tears as I thought about them.

Andrew placed his hand on the doorknob and twisted it slowly. He exited the door and waited for me to follow him.

"Hannah! Come, let's go." Andrew whisper- shouted.

But I could not move my feet. We were about to leave the place where I had spent my entire life. It wasn't easy at all to leave behind everything. And my parents. And Charlie.

I could remember cooking with my mom in the kitchen, running outside with dad, goofing around with Charlie.

I heaved a sigh trying to take in everything as much as I could. "Yeah. Coming."

I guess it's finally that dreaded time to move on and try to forget everything.

"Not so soon darling." A rogue emerged out from the living room and was giving me an evil smirk.

My eyes widened in terror. Where did he come from?

"You know that we can smell you, right? Surrender." He said laughing knowing exactly what I was thinking about.

I was scared out of my mind. I'm too young to die. I wanted to beg him for my life but I knew it's going to be futile.

They are rogues. They kill. Just like they ruthlessly killed my fellow pack members.

'You have to do this for us.' My father's voice echoed in my mind.

His voice was enough to give me strength. I'm stronger than this. I won't give up so soon. Not before trying.

"I think I'm gonna give it a try." I said.

I gave the rogue a smirk in return making his own smirk drop. I immediately turned to my wolf form holding my clothes in my mouth.

I ran out as fast as I could. Andrew was standing there waiting for me but as he saw me running, he himself turned to his brown wolf and started running behind me.

'What happened?' Andrew's wolf asked mine.

'A rogue is following us. Run! fast.' I replied. I could feel the adrenaline rush as I kept on running.

I could feel the sound of a third set of crunching of leaves and twigs getting closer and closer. The only advantage we had was that since rogues aren't a pack of any pack, they can't mind-link each other. If that'd had happened, we'd be in some deep shit.
