I woke up the next morning with sunlight streaming down my face. Events of yesterday floated my mind bringing me back to reality.
My eyes followed Ashler's hand that was wrapped around around my stomach to his face.
Definition of PERFECTION!
Our legs were tangled in each other's and we were lying incredibly close.
I couldn't help but stare at him, admiring.
His eyelashes are long, and his lips-
"I know I'm sexy and all, but you need to stop staring. It's starting to creep me out ." Ashler said, opening his eyes suddenly, smirking.
Blushing furiously, embarrassed, I moved away from him getting out of bed.
"I- I wasn't staring. I just..." Stupid Hannah think of some excuse.
He laughed. As in full on 'rolling on the floor and then slapping his butt' type of laughter.
"It's not that funny." I said, rolling my eyes.
"You..haha...you should've s- seen your face haha."
Wait.
"How is me staring at you even creepy? I'm your mate?" I questioned, crossing my arms over my chest.
"My mate....hmmm that sounds good." He said, giving me a devilish smirk. "You know what mates do?"
I know that look all too well.
"Shut up and get ready. We have to leave." I said, walking away.
"Oh damn, haha, it's so easy to make you blush." I heard in the background while shutting the door.
Stupid Ashler.

The journey back was good, but I'm still a little exhausted to be honest.
We reached the doorstep of the pack house but it seemed like my feet were frozen on the ground.
I was dreading telling Andrew the truth which had to be told. But what should I even say?
How will I even break his heart after all that he's done for me?
Moreover, will he understand?
I've been going over in my head about what would I say to him throughout the journey but right now I can't seem to remember any of it.
"It'll all be okay. I'm here for you." Ashler said holding my hand.
I smiled reassuring him, when inside I was a wreck of nerves.
I took a deep breath and we entered the house.
Lily came running and engulfed me in a bone - crushing hug and then Ashler.
