Legion's awakening

(Shadow's P.O.V)

     It's been two days since Sydney and I returned America after going to Egypt so she could find out about her past. I didn't have to see what she saw to know the past was clear to her.

     As of now her and I were training even though it was cloudy and sprinkling. I was helping Sydney with controlling Red- Eyes though I didn't have to work that much since she was a natural at it. It got serious with the training when it actually started raining. Sydney started to send dark flares at me, but I blocked them with my hand or just moved when it came to it.

     When we completed the training for the day Sydney sent Red- Eyes back into the stone while I let my had heal from blocking the dark flares. My hand finished healing when Sydney walked over to me and said, ''That's what you get for blocking the dark flares. Getting your own hand burnt because of that.''

''You kidding that barely hurt,'' I said laughing. ''I've had a lot worse happen to me that was nothing.''

     I tapped the air to teleport us to the village so we could see what the others were doing. Sydney and I walked through the portal and walked into the village going to the arena to see what was going there.

    When we got to the arena we saw Erica and McKenzie fighting with the others in the stands watching. We walked over to the rails and watched the fight go on. I wasn't in the mood to stop a fight between those two. I've tried it once and didn't enjoy it in the slightest. When Erica and McKenzie fight there's no stopping it.

     As the fight continued Erica went into her White Tiger Empress form while McKenzie went into her Inferno Blitz form. Berserk appeared next to me and said, ''This is going to be interesting wouldn't you say Shiro?''

''Yeah,'' Shiro said. ''Both of them are going at this in their ultimate forms. So it could go either way. Wouldn't you say, Lucy?''

''I agree with you, Shiro, it could go either way,'' Lucy said. ''What about you, Meridan?''

''I also agree with you,'' Meridan said. ''Blake what about you?''

''I actually think Erica's going to win this,'' Blake said.

''Why would that be?'' Shiro asked.

''Cause she's had more training and McKenzie has had a limited amount,'' Blake said. ''Dagon what do you say.''

''I agree with you, Blake,'' Dagan said.

     I blocked them out to watch the fight and so far it was going to Erica. She struck at every possible moment as McKenzie did the same thing, but I could tell her movements were off. 'Inferno Blitz form is taking so much energy out of her. How long will she be able to hold out?' I thought.

      As I finished that thought McKenzie's form disappeared and she collapsed on the ground. Erica stopped her attack and powered down as she noticed that McKenzie was unable to fight any more. I said, ''Just as I thought. That form takes to much out of her.''

''Wait what do you mean, Logan?'' Sydney asked.

''Inferno Blitz mode is the strongest pyromancer form,'' I said. ''but it can only last a few minutes. This is McKenzie's third time using it takes more energy out of her than it would when she truly masters that form.''

     I walked into the battle arena and picked McKenzie bridal style to take her over to the stands. I set her down and said, ''I'll train with you tomorrow so you can master that form.''

''Thanks, Logan,'' She said.

     I kissed her cheek and walked back to Sydney, which took a few seconds, as Love and Rose entered the fighting arena. I said, ''Better get ready for a show.''
