Part 14

(Bailey's P.O.V)

     After we stepped through the portal Erica opened another one in front of us to take us home. I turned my head and saw Lily with an angry look on her face, and she was holding her hand over a wound in Logan's chest. He didn't have the dragon ball in his chest like normal so it was gone. I would've asked about it but I didn't because I didn't feel like asking about it.

    We walked for another few minutes to Logan's cabin when we saw Morgana talking to Rio. She turned her head and asked, ''What happened?''

''Long story,'' I said. ''Can we just lay him down on his bed real quick?''

''Yeah go ahead,'' She said. ''Then we'll talk about what happened.''

     Lily, Mrs Pridemore, and I walked into Logan's cabin and placed him on his bed, and Mrs Pridemore pulled out the one star dragon ball and placed it on Logan's night stand. Then we walked back outside going to talk to Morgana.

     When we got outside Caeleigh walked over to Lily and walked her into the forge. I asked, ''Okay so why did you and Logan go to Indiana?''

''All we did was find Lily, and then he fought Hillary Clinton,'' Mrs Pridemore said. ''Though it really wasn't much of fight.''

''Let's talk to the others and compare notes about how the week went,'' I said.

     Mrs Pridemore and I waited for everyone else to get here as Caeleigh was talking to Lily and Morgana was still talking to Rio.

     Once the others got here Lily, Caeleigh, Rio, and Morgana walked over and we started talking about this past week and how it went for all of us. I said ''Nothing happened this week except for the occasional monster.''

''Not for all of us, Bailey,'' Cassidi said.

''Meaning?'' Mrs Pridemore asked.

''Chris is back,'' Cassidi said.

''If he says he's sorry don't believe him,'' Mrs pridemore said.

''Why?'' She asked.

''He'll end up using you again,'' Mrs Pridemore said.

''What happened between you and Logan while you were gone?'' Caeleigh asked.

''Nothing happened except for Naja finding and warning us about what Nexus is planning,'' Mrs Pridemore said. ''and then the fight between Logan and Hillary.''

''Why would he fight her?'' Caeleigh asked.

''She turned herself into a monster she told him things that she did and enraged him,'' Mrs Pridemore said.

''Okay go back to who warned you about a Nexus who is he?'' Erica asked.

''Naja,'' Caeleigh said. ''He was someone who was hunting down Logan as he was apart of the Five Fingers of Poison, and when Logan went to the other Earth he met another Naja there only this one helped him get back here and fuzed with Logan some time before I got captured.''

''So there are two Najas?'' She asked.

''Yeah,'' Caeleigh said. ''Mrs Pridemore continue with what you were saying.''

''Thanks,'' Mrs Pridemore said. ''With the news Naja gave us you'll have to ask Logan about it.''

''Can you tell us what happened earlier?'' Cassidi asked.

''I was getting to that,'' Mrs Pridemore said. ''Today when Logan and I were getting ready for our classes we were called to the gym and we sat in the bleachers. As we did we saw military personal with a machine behind them. Then that's when Logan had gotten up and tried leaving but he was stopped by a blond haired woman who turned out to be Hillary. The carnage began after she shot him in the head with a bullet.''
