Finding Excedra and Fighting Legion

(Shadow's P.O.V)

     It's the following morning and Bailey and I were getting ready to leave, and go after the dragon known as Excedra. Weird thing was I felt that something was off when I woke up and couldn't place it.

     I had just finished writing a note and I put it on the door to make everyone know that Bailey and I are going to be gone for a while. After I did that I drove the skull cycle into the cave and waited for Bailey to get here so we can leave. 'First time that we're going to be alone since her sister died,' I thought.

     Once I heard Bailey's footsteps I had Ryujin and Kurahime appear on my back while Zetsumei was strapped on my leg while Senbonzakura was on my side. I turned towards her and said, ''Ready.''

''Yeah,'' She said.

''Then let's get going,'' I said letting my angel wings fold out.

     Bailey had two dragon unfold and she flapped them as I flapped my wings. We shot into the air and flew to where Excedra was. While we flew there we didn't fight any monsters which worried me a bit, but soon we did have to stop so we could take a break.

     The first time we stopped the sun was high in the sky and we flew down to the ground so no one would see us cause we were near a civilized area. When we got to the ground Bailey folded her wings away and I did the same cause she pointed out some military forces around us. I said, ''Damn it just what we needed.''

''Logan what are we going to do now?'' Bailey asked.

''We could...'' I stopped before saying, ''No that's stupid that's what they want me to do.''

''I got an idea,'' Bailey said.

''Then go ahead and say it,'' I said.

''Instead of both of us going out there how about I go out there and see things out,'' She said. ''They now you're face since the attack on area fifty- one, but they don't know about everyone else including me.''

''Just be careful out there,'' I said.

''I will,'' She said.

    She walked past me and I let her go out there with the military surrounding her. I watched from behind the trees and pulled out my cero shooting gun in case things go awry. 'It's a good thing I forged this thing yesterday. First test to see if it can handle the ceros I shoot.' I thought.

    I put it in it's holder and watched Bailey move on until I saw movement out of the corner of my eye to see a conjurer symbol appear on the ground. The symbol glowed until someone appeared above it. I got a good look at the figure to see Anna the person I killed. 'How can she be alive?' I thought. 'The last time I saw her I had ran her through with my sword and killed her for good.'

    I grabbed my shoulder right where Anna had blasted me with a spectral blast and rubbed it still feeling the pain. I watched her closely and didn't see her attack anyone. She put her hand to her ear and talked into something. I turned my attention to Bailey who had gone into a store to get something. I looked back up to Anna to see that she was gone, but that's when I couldn't feel her energy around me. ''Well she's alive,'' Berserk said.

''Can it,'' I said.

    I watched around for Bailey to see when she was coming back and saw her exit out of a store. She walked over to me and said, ''Did you notice?''

''Notice what?'' I asked.

''Anna she's back,'' She said.

''I noticed that,'' I said. ''I'm still confused about how that is.''
