Part 16

(Shadow's P.O.V)

     After Black attacked Cassidi's remaining Blue - Eyes I went into action and blasted Black with a bolt of black lightning before I had Dark Matter Dragon fly downwards and have Cassidi land right behind me. Then I had Dark Matter Dragon fly off to my cabin as quickly as it could so I could save her.

     Once I got back to my cabin I picked Cassidi up and jumped off of the dragon before sealing him away. Then I walked into my cabin and went to the bedroom to lay Cass on the bed. I turned towards my night stand and opened the drawer to grad a black book with hieroglyphics on the cover. I closed the drawer and opened the book to a random page. Then I grabbed my drago dagger, which was in pen form, and wrote several hieroglyphs above Cass. I put my pen next to the book and put my index finger on Cass's forehead, and that's when the hieroglyphs I wrote disappeared. They reappeared on Cass's arms and a dim red aura surrounded Cass's body.

     When I pulled my finger off her forehead I felt her energy come back and return normal. Then I began waiting for Cass to wake up, but during that time I fell asleep in the chair I was sitting in.

     My dream took place in the Palace of Time with Black, someone else with crystal blue eyes, and Nexus. The first one to speak was Black he said, ''Nexus one of Shadow's friends is now dead.''

''Black as far as I can tell you've done a remarkable job getting rid of Cassidi there,'' Nexus said. ''So who's your friend?''

''This is Chris Janes,'' Black said.

''Ah the one who killed several non humans in your universe I presume,'' Nexus said.

''No sir he comes from a different universe,'' Black said. ''He is also the god in the universe he comes from so killing Shadow will be our pleasure.''

''Yet he resembles the human Shadow killed,'' Nexus said.

''From the universe he comes from he killed all the humans with ease,'' Black said.

''And what of the Shadow in that universe?'' Nexus asked.

''In that universe Shadow didn't exist,'' Black said. ''The Earth fell in no time at all.''

''Is this true Chris?'' Nexus asked.

''It is,'' Chris said. ''I will kill Shadow and anyone who stands in our way.''

''Be my guest,'' Nexus said. ''but do you have a plan for when things get out of control?''

''We do,'' Black said exposing a purple earring in his left ear. ''We both have a fusion ring if things get out of control.''

''But they won't,'' Chris said. ''If anyone tries to kill me I'll just be back with no damage.''

''I see so you wished for immortality then?'' Nexus asked.

''I did once I became a god and found what I needed,'' Chris said. ''So if Shadow tries anything funny and tries to kill me the damage I took won't be there.''

''Finally an opponent that Shadow can't kill,'' Nexus said. ''If you and Shadow meet in battle be wary that he is also immortal.''

     Then my dream faded as I woke up and saw Cassidi sitting up. I got up and walked over to Cass saying, ''Take it easy, Cass.''

     I put my hand on her shoulder and held her still before letting go of her. She asked, ''What happened?''

''What is the last thing you remember?'' I asked.

''Last thing I remember is falling towards the ground and blacking out,'' She said. ''I don't remember anything else.''

''You kind of died,'' I said. ''but I brought you back to life. I've been waiting for you to wake up.''
