Haunted hospital and truths revealed

(Shadow's P.O.V)

      It was the Friday of Thanksgiving Break and over the past two weeks Unistorm, Nexus, and Cameron haven't made their moves which caused me to worry. Right now I was with Sydney and Erica in a hotel room getting ready to go ghost hunting but for me it's to see how the seven foot man and Nick are doing. Though something felt off when the three of us arrived there earlier. I didn't know what it is but I planned to find out when I got there.

      When it was time t leave I opened a portal and Erica, Sydney, and I walked through the portal appearing in front of Old South Pittsburg Hospital. I had Ryujin appear beside me in case there was anything that was going to go awry. Then I heard a voice behind us say, ''Hello again old friends.''

     I turned around to see both Kayla and Savannah Rhodes standing behind us and nothing really changed about them. I said, ''Hello to you as well Kayla.''

''Who's the blond?'' She asked.

''Kayla Savannah this is Sydney Pridemore,'' I said. ''Sydney this is Kayla and Savannah Rhodes.''

''Where's Caeleigh?'' Savannah asked.

''She's at home,'' I said. ''She decided not to come with us this year.''

''And I just noticed you're not wearing your long coat like you did last year,'' Kayla said. ''Why is that?''

''I decided not to wear it,'' I said.

      Then the doors opened up and the five of us walked into the building to be handed papers to sign. I didn't bother to read it so I just signed followed by Erica, Savannah, and Kayla as Sydney read it before signing. We all got our right hand stamped and we walked further into the building. Then I felt a presence just like that of Devoura's and I said, ''You've got to be fucking kidding me.''

''What's wrong, Logan?'' Savannah asked.

''Devoura's back,'' I said.

''What are you going to do?'' Sydney asked.

''I'll fight him of course,'' I said. ''So I'll be back.''

''Be careful,'' Sydney and Erica said in unison.

''I will,'' I said.

       I walked towards the chapel leaving the others behind and pulling Ryujin out of his sheath. I took his sheath and placed the opening on the end of Ryujin's hilt and a bow staff was formed in my hands and I put the bow staff on my back as I made it to the chapel. I walked downstairs and got ready for an attack to come my way.

      Once I was fully in the chapel all I could see was Darkness and I was met by a shadow figure stepping in front of me. I said, ''Devoura show yourself.''

''Always right to the point,'' He said. ''Such a fool.''

     His shadow form disappeared and was replaced by Chris's form. He said, ''Like my new form Shadow user?''

''Why are you taking the form of Chris?'' I asked.

''You never noticed that he was a demon and he's my new host,'' He said. ''Now prepare yourself for battle.''

      We both got into stances and charged at each other before disappearing and reappearing outside of the hospital meeting in the middle with our fists meeting and sending out a shock wave. We separated and charged again only for me to fall towards the ground. 'What's happening to me?' I thought.

     I quickly recovered and earned a punch to the face by Devoura which sent me back into the hospital and onto the ground. I stood up and coughed up a little blood onto the ground. I quickly recovered my wits again only to punched through the gut by Devoura again. He said, ''Now you die.''
