Part 7

A/N; This part is going to be really short and sorry about it for being short.

(Liz's P.O.V)

      It's been a day since Logan died and I needed answers on why he died so I decided to go to my brother and ask why. I opened a portal to the Realm of Time and walked through to see the palace a few feet in front of me. I walked up to the palace and walked passed the door going to wherever Nexus was. I walked through corridor after corridor before coming to a pair of doors. I put my hands on them and pushed the doors inwards opening them.

What I saw inside was Nexus staring out the window not even looking at me or anything else. I said, ''Brother was it true that you sent someone to kill Logan?''

''Yes,'' He said. ''I did it because he wasn't supposed to live after the fight with dad.''

''So you think you an choose when he dies?'' I asked.

''Yes I think that my dear sister,'' He said. ''No one could control his life so I made Arkangel kill him.''

''You do realize that he's the only hope that we have to beat Unistorm and the others?'' I asked.

''I do realize that,'' He said turning my direction. ''but he's dead now so the five foes we have will go away and stop threatening the Earth.''

''You don't care about him you only care about yourself,'' I said.

''You know he should've died when Beast killed him,'' He said. ''but no Lucifer had to raise him back from the dead. Then Father failed in killing him and Devoura almost succeeded in doing so but failed when Shadow came back. Cameron failed when Shadow didn't age at all for a hundred years. Arkangel was the one to succeed in killing him.''

''Why...'' I stopped when I remembered he said Cameron had failed. ''You. You're the reason why Cameron was so intended with killing Logan. Why would you kill the person I love?''

''You're a fool sister,'' He said. ''We Spirits can't fall in love with anyone, but you had to fall in love with Shadow didn't you. You were supposed to kill him when you first met but you didn't. You fell in love with him you didn't want to kill him after he saved the world and became host to those wretched Eon gods. If Dinas didn't fall for him I would've killed him without a thought.''

''You know you can't brother,'' I said. ''While you have been here you have no idea what powers Logan has now.''

''I might not know what powers he had, but I don't have to worry about him now,'' He said. ''He's dead so move on from him and forget about him.''

''One way or another Logan will return,'' I said.

''If he does come back I'll tell everyone who's an enemy of his to go after his soul,'' He said. ''Cause that's the only way to kill him for sure.''

     Before he could make me more furious than I already was I walked out without another word and I walked out of the palace cursing my brother with every curse that I knew.

Time skip to the next week on Tuesday

(Sydney's P.O.V)

      The break had ended and I was aleady up so I couldn't go back to sleep. I walked to Logan's cabin and forge to see if there was any clues that I could find.

     Before I was in ten feet of the places I stopped walking and looked to the side to see Banshee standing a few feet to my right. I said, ''Banshee what are you doing out here?''

''Doing what you're doing,'' She said. ''Trying to find any clues that Logan left behind, but if he didn't we're screwed.''

''How long have you known Logan?'' I asked.
